'I absolutely loved my stay. Valida was the perfect host. I felt very welcome and taken care of. The room was very clean and roomy. The breakfast was amazing. The guest house is located near the old town. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Sarajevo.'

'Perfect location in the Old Town and in the tram line. My room had a view of Old Town restaurants below and beautiful mountains in the near distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach by WhatsApp too. Always a quick response. My room had a fridge, room to keep my luggage open, a small (but good) shower, and a comfortable bed. A great place to stay!'

'Die Familie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Gästehaus Rose liegt zentral, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt.'

'Strictly speaking, this is a modest ho(s)tel and modestly priced. Nice beds and a great location. Beware that it is close to a busy street (that's is a consequence of the location in the vicinity of the main market area), but we had no complaints about the noise: we slept excellent. You do not have your own bathroom, but during our stay, it was always clean and never occupied. We were happy that we chose this one.'

'Very clean hotel, fantastic location. Very clean with lots of natural sunlight with great views. It’s across the street from the old town. Also a 5-10 minute walk from other attractions. I originally stayed at a hotel about a 15 minute drive and finding taxis can be challenging so I switched to the Ornament and I’m so happy I did. The staff at the Ornament Hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends.'

'The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn'

'Hotel Cosmopolitan is a great hotel that is just in the middle of the shopping district. The shopping malls, local stores and the Baščaršija can be reached within minutes. The staff is very friendly and informed and the breakfast is good as well. The single rooms are pretty small. '
