The Space:
Naia Surf Villas counts with two huge Villas, with their own pool, kitchen, living room, TV room and parking lot.
In total, 6 bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom to ensure the comfort and privacy.

The rooms are divided in the following way:
♡ Naia Surf Villa West:
Two bedrooms with a king-size bed.
One bedroom two bunk beds (queen-size bed below and a single bed above).

♡ Naia Surf Villa East:
Three bedrooms with a king-size bed.

After a hot day at the beach, you can cool off in one of the pools, or simply relax in the TV room looking a movie in the big cinema screen.

A large and lush garden surround both houses.

Guest Access:
The Villas are next the main road, so no 4x4 required!

The Neighborhood:
With its idyllic location just steps from the beach, you'll find yourself walking on the Pacific Ocean.

Playa Hermosa hosts one of the best waves in the area, just a two-minute stroll from your doorstep to the main peak, while the energy of the town center of Santa Teresa is a mere 15-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
We encourage you to rent a 4x 4 car or ATV to discover town and the beauty of the Peninsula.

Other Things to Note:
✧ Internet: Fiber optic.
✧ Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the trees next to house, along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue!
✧ Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment.
✧ Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season. It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions.
