'This small hotel is located next to the River Wyre and has some lovely rooms. I stayed 4 night with them at 75 pounds per night including breakfast. The room was very nice, with lovely large bed, view of the river and great shower. The room was recently re-done and has great wallpaper. The food is very good, the breakfast has some excellent old time favourites on the menu, like soft boiled eggs with soldiers, and porridge. But it is all home cooked and tastes very fresh and lovely. 'Enjoyed my stay here. It's only a few hundred metres from the city center so that's convenient. Hotel hs a restaurant but there are many choices in the neighbourhood. I was able to park in front of the hotel but I think if it's busy you have to park elsewhere but they'll help you with that I read. Would stay here again when in the area.'

'Everything this is the second time that ive stayed. Ended up staying for 6 night as got hime to a leaked pipes in my flat. Very accommodating in getting me back in there. Excellent staff overall and made me feel like one of the family. Just booked for next weekend '
