'Excellent place to relax and unwind. Sitting on the beach or taking the kayak out, all the sunshine you would want. The entire facility is clean and the house is modern. The "Placencia Sidewalk" begins at the beach house, so it was an easy stroll in to town for lunch and dinner. The host was excellent to communicate with and answer questions.'

But it was simply not enough to make up for the AC not working (absolutely repressive heat inside; tried sleeping outside before we had to leave the property in the middle of the night with heat exhaustion), nor make up for the one bathroom being down a steep staircase from the bedroom, and certainly not make up for Vacasa/property manager not even responding to us while we were...

'This property has no ocean view as boldly advertised. Immediately complained to owner and vacasa. No apologies for the deceit. Great location to village. Need to change rust trimmed fan. Air conditioning does not get too cool. Otherwise, upstairs location is comfortable and private. '
