This stunning one bedroom apt is located STEPS from the infamous Cocoa Beach and rocket launches. Watch rocket launches out of your FRONT DOOR.
You can surf, tan and relax during the day and then enjoy boutique restaurants 1.6 miles away.
We provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and even beach toys; EVERYTHING you will need to make your stay incredible.

Wake up each morning to sunshine! Take your morning coffee ACROSS the street and enjoy the sound of the waves.

When you arrive on the property, parking is open. Your apartment is in the bi-level blue building (on the right, bottom level).Look for the number 3 on the grey door. It’s on the bottom floor.
I will communicate with guests through the app, by phone or text. Communication/assistance will be immediate from 8am-8pm. After hours are reserved for emergencies.
The area is amazing! Its minutes from lots of dining options and nightlife. Minuteman Causeway is 1.6 miles away and squid lips is walking distance! Across the street is beautiful Cocoa Beach! Enjoy the laid back vibe of the area.
There is so much to do in Cocoa Beach! You can rent a bike, scooter, or surf your way around town! Also, if you do not have a car, you can take the Cocoa Beach trolley. It picks up across the street and costs only $1.50!
One car is recommended. If you require two cars, please ask first and I will accommodate if I can! Happy adventures!
