Aloha! Welcome to The Aloha Condo, our family’s beach retreat in beautiful Cocoa Beach. This isn’t a hotel or a luxury resort—it’s a place that has been enjoyed by our family and shared with guests who appreciate comfort, character, and the laid-back spirit of the beach.

Thoughtfully decorated with a vintage surf vibe, The Aloha Condo reflects everything we love about old Florida and the aloha lifestyle. It may not be perfect for everyone, and that’s okay. If you’re looking for a brand-new, high-end resort experience, our condo may not be the right fit. But if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming place where families can relax, laugh, and make memories together, we think you’ll feel right at home.

Just a short walk from the beach and minutes from Port Canaveral, our condo is an ideal home base for beach vacations, cruise departures, rocket launches, and exploring the Space Coast. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, beach gear, a heated community pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts, and all the little touches that make family vacations easier.
