Thanks for the visit ! We are sorry that the key pick up is off site that’s one of the hoa rules -there is an address and a photo where the key is :) we are sorry that was difficult for you :) We do have an ocean view and the complex is oceanfront :)

We Will Be Back
What a perfect spot for a beach day. It is right by the beach access point and with the private parking included there is no stress on finding a spot close by so we don’t have to drag all the things for your beach day. We were able to run back to the room if we forgot something or to nap our toddler or simply take a break from the sun yet we could head back a few hours later no stress. The location is also great because of the close proximity to many food and drink options. We were so excited to see the condo had a closet filled with beach day luxuries that couldn’t make the flight with us (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, & body boards). The condo itself is great as well. Nice open living room/ full kitchen. Many storage closets and dressers. A pack and play and lots of extra bedding/towels. Everything was clean and just what you need for a stay. We can’t wait to come back!

great place close to the beach
We had a great time at the Marlin even though we were under Tornado warning for a whole 24 hours but that is Florida for you. We felt safe in our place. The comforter of the master bedroom smelled a bit funky but everything else was clean. It was great to just go down the stairs and out on to the beach. Since we had listed that we were coming with 3 people I had expected for them to prepare the extra bed for us. But it was put together quickly and we slept well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Marlin. The chairs and bed were comfortable. The linen closet was fully stocked with towels for the beach and bathroom. You could see the ocean from the windows. It was very clean. The building is older so there was no private balconies or lots of amenities. There was a coin operated washer and dryer on site.

The ac unit wasn’t working due to be set lock on heat. It did cause sev uncomfortable days and nights. Otherwise the unit was very nice and clean. Owner did respond quickly. Just unfortunately it was not able to be Remidied during our stay

Great beach location
We had a great stay with our two children (5 and 10). Very clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The condos didn’t look too nice on the outside but this unit was updated and perfectly cleaned and stocked up with all the necessities! Definitely recommend

We had a great time!
The condo was extremely clean. We did not cook much, but it was stocked with enough kitchen supplies for us. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the location is right on the beach. Check in process was super easy. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again if we go back to the area!

Great spot and great simple place in the heart of cocoa beach
Had everything we needed for our short stay. Beach was steps away and could walk to many restaurants. Lost key and owner was very quick in response.

Nice condo
The condo was stocked with coffee, sugar, cream and salt and pepper. That was unexpected. We didn’t realize it was right next to public parking. That made the beach crowded. Check in was confusing, since the black gate was on the left side of the building instead of the back.

Blue Marlin is in the middle of Cocoa Beach, next to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. Many of the beaches in the area are highly crowded, it varies on the time and day. We try to make the check in process as smoothly as possible for all guests. It is labeled as the back of the building based on the street view/position of the whole building. We always want to accommodate our guests to ensure an enjoyable experience.

Everybody loves this location. Due to safety and security reasons, we generally release the access instructions the morning of arrival and since checkin is not until 3:00pm, it hasn’t been an issue. Thanks for the feedback
