Cape Winds Unit 101 is trots eigendom van 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', de grootste eigenaar van premium strandvakantie aan de Space Coast!

Deze lichte, directe, gelijkvloerse verdieping op de begane grond met kamerhoge ramen heeft het allemaal:
   - 25 treden naar het strand vanaf uw terrasdeur
   - Verwarmd zwembad, bubbelbad, sauna, tennis en basketbalvelden
   - Op een rustig deel van het witte zandstrand
   - Opgewaardeerde keuken en tv's

Cape Winds is een topbestemming in het gebied met zijn uitstekende locatie (minder dan anderhalve kilometer naar de pier en Ron Jon's) en veel voorzieningen op het terrein. Je kunt kijken hoe de cruiseschepen de haven verlaten en een uitstekend zicht op raketlanceringen hebben. Bovendien bent u in slechts 45 minuten in Orlando en al het plezier van Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World en de Orlando Premium Outlets.

Hoewel de vermelding 'geen restitutie' vermeldt, begrijpen we dat er dingen aan de hand zijn. Als u uw reservering moet annuleren en u ons ten minste 30 dagen voor het inchecken of eerder op de hoogte stelt, brengen wij de tweede helft van de betaling niet in rekening.

Winter vacation

This unit is amazingly clean. I loved that we could walk directly to the most beautiful beach ever. Everything we needed was available to us in our unit. We loved our vacation! It was so relaxing and the weather cooperated also.

Great Location

We enjoyed the quiet beach community of Cape Canaveral, but appreciated the closeness to Cocoa Beach and the NASA Space Center. Lots to do (kayaking, bird watching, dolphin and manatee watching, lots of good, casual restaurants) and overall a very nice Florida destination.

A great beach week

Had great weather, central to everything, fun at the beach. Rocket launches were spectacular especially at night! The night in life never let us down we danced almost every night. It was cozy and comfortable.

Perfect access to ocean.

Relaxing, kitchen very basic, but I LOVE to cook, so added a few things. We missed the direct ocean view, BUT I sat outside hours everyday and enjoyed the sounds of it. And the outdoor chairs, seemed pretty basic but COMFORTABLE. Very comfortable beds, TV’s everywhere and easy to operate-also easy for teens to connect gaming. Laundry worked perfect, towels were amazingly soft. Couch was comfortable, fan and beach chairs were quite helpful. The condo provided everything we needed to relax and thoroughly enjoy our stay. We even saw a rocket launch!

Simple. Easy. Great location.

It was a great place to stay with a family of four. We have a 5 year old and 17 year old and the location of the spot on the first floor made it so easy to come and go to the beach as we pleased. Location of beach was great because it wasn’t ever too crowded. And a bonus with the family is the washer and dryer. And the property manager was amazing at answering any questions I had at all times by email :) Inside is simple and not over crowded which is great when coming in for a week with your own stuff and makes it easy to clean up. We will be back next year!

Excellent!

Our cruise had to be canceled last minute and this little place rescued us. We loved the location. Great pool/jacuzzi. Loved walking out to the beach every day. We would come back any time!! Only problem was it said sleeps 6 but we had two twins and a king. No pullout sofa or air mattress or trundles. Kids had to bunk with mom and dad!

Family Friendly Home and Perfect Beach

We had a wonderful three weeks here. We had many day trips planned to visit other beaches and places but the beach was so great we spent every day right here! The patio and grass were perfect for our young children and the “neighbors” to play in as well. We would come back anytime!

Cape Winds - July 2021

My family stayed at Cape Winds for a week at the end of July 2021. The unit was in excellent condition and very clean. The kitchen looks great and is well appointed. Walk right out the back door and up the access to the beach. Very chill and relaxing time.

This was my husbands first time to ever see the ocean. He had an amazing time, he has never been a big one on vacations and this week has sparked a fire in him. He is already talking about next year! This property was great, clean, and an amzing location. We would stay again!

Reasonably Priced Condo

The Port Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area is our typical vacation spot. We really love the area. This was the first time staying in Port Canaveral, we typically stay in one of the hotels along Cocoa Beach or even into Melbourne. The good: - the condo was a decent size - free parking - beautiful pool & hot tub - quality towels and blankets - everything you need for the beach (boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, etc) - Property manager quickly responded to our questions and checked in on us to make sure everything was great. - Price - the condo was super cheap for a one week stay Things that could use some work: - the condo needed some cleaning when we got there, the toilet had urine on it, the counters were dirty, and the living room tables needed wiped down - there were 2 pots (small), 1 griddle pan and 1 burnt, small skillet. Fortunately we didn’t plan do do any major cooking in the condo, however if we did, we would not have been able to cook a full meal with the appliances available. - the sliding glass doors make for a beautiful view, however, the doors are extremely difficult to open and the locks don’t work properly. This is clearly an issue as the solution was broom handles in the door tracks. Things out of the property owners control: - the listing cleverly lists “25 steps away from the beach,” which sounds really great, however it is 25 steps away from a PUBLIC beach. Which means all day, every day constant vehicle and foot traffic from random people heading to the beach. This is from 5 am to well after midnight. - the unit is a corner unit, which again, sounds great, until all of the other guests and random people are using your patio as a walkway to the beach/parking lot as there are no other sidewalks available to them. We ran into random people numerous times, and chose not to keep the curtains open because of how much traffic there was in and out. - The condo next door is currently under construction so again, all day, everyday, it was constant noise and trucks in and out. Our trip was great. The condo was decent, although we would probably look for something different next time.

Book it now!

This property is just as it is described and photographed! And then some! It is incredibly clean and I feel like I rarely say that because I am a clean freak and not much lives up to my expectations. But this property did! My kids even had toys roll under the twin beds and when I went to retrieve, I was not covered in dust bunnies. The property owner was very responsive. The toaster didn't work and she immediately had me a new one. She also sent me a list of restaurants and activities that were nearby and we used that every day to know the best places to eat and enjoy! That was extremely helpful. Everything was so close to this particular condo. The trash is just a few steps away, the beach walk is just a few steps away, parking is nearly at your door, the pool and outdoor shower are just across the grass. Oh, and all of the beach toys and amenities she shares were more than enough to keep our family entertained. If there was one thing I could have changed, and I hate to even give one criticism because truly this condo was wonderful, I would love to see a new king mattress, maybe latex foam or memory foam. Every time my husband moved in the bed it moved me and as perfect as the condo was, the mattress wasn't. After a few nights my back was ready for something else. But all in all, I am giving this condo 5 stars and would absolutely book it again!

My family and I had a great time at the beach. The condo was plenty big enough for a family of four! Easy check-in, beach chairs, and umbrella, and a stocked kitchen made our stay a great one! I would recommend it and hope to come back!
