Chateau by the Sea is gewild gezien de ideale locatie. U bevindt zich direct naast de Cocoa Beach Pier, waar u kunt surfen, volleyballen, vissen, restaurants en de Tiki Bar. Chateau by the Sea ligt op een korte wandeling van Ron Jon's Surf Shop, een korte rit naar het Kennedy Space Center en op slechts 45 minuten van alles wat Orlando te bieden heeft, waaronder Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World en de Orlando Premium Outlets.

Perfect beach getaway!

Perfect beach getaway! Gorgeous sunrises on the beach or view from their rooftop along with amazing views of rocket launches. So many options within walking distance: food, shops, etc. Exceptional cleanliness and we really appreciated the communication from our host with ideas of local things to do in the area.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the chateau by the sea condo! The condo was clean, convenient & well maintained! Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds. The pool was perfect and the beach access is unmatched in this area. Zareh was very communicative! Check in and check out was seamless. We had a great vacation and wonderful stay!

Everything was satisfactory. Some improvements and repairs need addressing but we let the agent know and we were reassured these would be looked into and taken care of for the next guests.

Amazing!! Clean/Responsive

This condo was squeaky clean. Amenities were nice that included beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and boogie boards. Laundry in the condo was a huge plus! Pool was great and warm for the kids. Great location next to the pier and shuffleboard and Jenga were fun as well. Zareh was SO helpful and responsive. Our AC wasn't working, and within 1 hour it was fixed. Zareh made sure our stay was going well, and checked in on us via email multiple times. I appreciated this very much!!!Check in/out process very easy and convenient. Cozy condo/responsive management

Clean, comfortable condo. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella provided, easy access to pool/ocean. Arrived and attempted laundry. Washer wouldn’t drain. Notified Zareh that evening, very responsive, very accommodating, next day washer was fixed. Hurricane Milton required me, not mandatory, to leave one day early for personal reasons. Zareh again, very kind, very responsive and generous. Reminds me of a mom and pop business, kind, understanding and professional as well. I will not hesitate to rent from Happy Place rentals again.

It was amazing . Place was clean and ready to go. Only thing i would change is no one left anything . All Other places have extra seasonings, supplies, chairs thing they bought and left behind. Ask families To leave things that can be reused such as The above. We left some stuff. Not sure if housekeeping takes it.

Nice place to stay, included everything we needed to go to the beach, other than sunscreen. Short walk to the beach, whenever I needed something the people on site helped me out. Couple things I can think of is the closet doors all would not stay in the track, because I’m sure they take a beating from all the traffic.The fan in the master bedroom had a bent blade so at low speed for sleeping, it made a knocking sound. Very clean, friendly staff, nice pool and grilling area. Bathrooms were nice, it was nice to have the kids in one and we had our own.

Amazing communication

Great location and the condo had everything we needed. Communication with Zareh was above and beyond. He was responsive, kind and accommodating and proactively provided great info about the area including upcoming rocket launches.

Relaxing Vacation

The condo was in a great location. You can walk to the pier and other nearby restaurants. The condo is right on the beach near lifeguards and the condo came with everything to make a great beach day. We actually got to experience three rocket launches. The roof top deck made it a great experience for sunrises, sunsets and rocket launches. The weather even through it was in the sixties the pool was heated and the sun was hot. Another plus was being able to look out at the ocean from your balcony and hear the surf. The vacation was very relaxing.

Wonderful Weekend Stay!

Wonderful stay with my family of four! Great location with lots of restaurants and things to do close by. The property looked well taken care of and the pool and beach access were great! Very responsive and took care of any issues. Quiet area, which made for a very peaceful stay.

Terrific Cocoa Beach

Loved our stay at Chateau by the Sea. Checkin was a breeze. Condo and grounds were very clean, spacious and very convenient to beach and shopping. Kitchen could have been somewhat better appointed (eg I never found a corkscrew; luckily I had bought cheap screwtop wine LOL) but no complaints! Management was super responsive. We want to return!

Already planning our return!

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was clean, pool was gorgeous, and the roof top patio had great vistas of the Florida coast with Kennedy space station in the distance. A short walk to the Cocoa beach pier and close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. We are already planning our return.

Cocoa Beach Delight

My husband and I plus our good friend came in town as we were in a wedding. Instead of staying at the Hilton, we compared very fair pricing and took advantage of the perks: full kitchen, two separate bedrooms, the common living area, and the accommodations like washer/dryer and availability of beach accessories. The only slight downfall was the upstairs tenants; kids and dogs were up at 6am every day, but hey, who doesn’t have a family vacation now and then, so it’s understandable. Great stay altogether, and our friends were even thoroughly impressed with the size of the unit and proximity of surrounding attractions when visiting. Much needed getaway while coming together at the same time. Will certainly be giving our recommendations for this property to our friends for the future. Thanks again!

Property is easy to find and has a great location close to the beach, shops, grocery store. We were very happy with the extra beach accessories that were provided (umbrella, towels, chairs and cooler). The pool was large and clean and the roof top patio was great for watching a rocket launch! We will definitely be back!
