LOCATIE, LOCATIE, LOCATIE! Dichter bij het strand dan veel hotels aan de oceaan! Deze efficiëntie is ERG klein (de keuken, eetkamer, bank en bed - alles op één foto), maar de locatie kan niet worden overtroffen !!! U zult zoveel genieten van het schone, moderne gevoel van dit apparaat dat u van de eenvoud zult houden dat u alles wat u nodig hebt in een kleine ruimte hebt. Wanneer het opklapbed omhoog is, is een tafel beschikbaar om te gebruiken en kunt u genieten van extra ruimte in het appartement (de bank gedurende de dag is een geweldige functie van dit apparaat!). Het opklapbed opent en sluit gemakkelijk en heeft een van de meest comfortabele queensize matrassen van iSerta Comfort.

Hoewel de units mooi zijn, zijn ze vooral volledig gevuld met alles wat je nodig hebt om van je vakantie te genieten en ze zijn extreem schoon. Je zult die veel voorkomende opmerking in onze beoordelingen opmerken.

Wij bieden alles wat u zou vinden in een traditioneel hotel (strijkijzer / strijkplank, föhn, koffiezetapparaat, beddengoed) en nog veel meer - glazen / borden, kwaliteitsgerei, kookgerei, baritems, mixer, broodrooster, enz. U hoeft alleen een badpak mee te nemen om van uw strandvakantie te genieten. U hoeft niet te stoppen bij de dollarwinkel voor strandartikelen die worden weggegooid, want we bieden ook: KWALITEIT strandhanddoeken, strandtas, wagen of kar, stoelen, speelgoed, persoonlijke koelers en parasols!

Er is ook een buitendouche, een gemeenschappelijke buitenruimte met een pergola, een chatruimte en grills, evenals een eigen wasruimte. Starterkoffie, shampoo, zeep en startpapier zijn aanwezig. We hebben geprobeerd te denken aan alles wat je zou willen bij een vakantiewoning, zodat je echt kunt genieten van je verblijf.

We hopen dat je ervoor kiest om bij ons te blijven, terwijl je in Cocoa Beach bent!

Great stay

Nice, clean close to all amenities. Have not had to fill out extra form at other VRBO, not to difficult just need to remember to fill it out. Don’t try the door code 2 minutes before check in creates problem with code. Otherwise beautiful and it was a great stay.

Great location

This place was just right for my wife and I. It is very compact but designed to meet all your needs. Just a short walk to the beach and they provide everything you need for a day at the beach. Also the outdoor community space was very inviting. Parking is tight but space for one car per room. Would stay again but to small for long stays. A week was fine.

This property is gorgeous -the photos do not do it justice. Check in was easy and quick. Property is very clean, comfortable and super close to the beach. Would absolutely stay there again and would recommend 100%!

Excellent Location

This is a great place to stay! The chairs and beach equipment that anyone staying there have access to are really nice to have and convenient for a day at the beach. It is just a short walk to the beach and a quiet area. We were a little nervous about our vacation because a hurricane went through the area just a few days before our arrival, but the owner was great at communicating with us before and during our stay. Definitely recommend staying here. We will be back.

Perfect location

You can not top this location. It’s less than 10 minutes from everything. The walk from the beach is extremely convenient. Just beware space is extremely limited. My only complaint would be the extremely tiny shower, but understanding it is an efficiency home.

Beautiful - Small Condo

I was so thankful when I got to this stay. Right when I walked in, everything looked clean and exactly like the pictures that are posted. The walk to the beach was incredibly short so it wasn't a big deal to run back to grab lunch or drinks throughout the day. There is also laundry, a community area to hangout outside, and a room with beach supplies to borrow. I would absolutely book this rental again if I am ever back in Cocoa Beach. I have nothing but amazing things to say. The communication with the hosts was quick and they were very helpful. The towels and bedding were of higher quality than other places that I have rented which I appreciated. You are definitely getting a cozy place to stay here. Highly Recommend!

Small but fantastic

Great location, great amenities and very clean. The parking is steps away as is the laundry shed with very nice washers and dryers. There is also a shed with coolers, and beach things. I loved the small touches like hand painted decor. The linens and towels are also nice. I was worried about the murphy bed, but it slept great. It was a little soft for me, but I am a sleep number 90. My stay was very quiet and super convenient.

Just as pictured and advertised. Great little walk to beach. Properties were just as pictured and advertised. We got to see several of the rooms. All were a great experience. Everything was quality linens and thoughtful. The lending items for gays, wagons, and beach chairs were so nice to have. Communications with the property were fast and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and updated as shown in pictures. Small space but had all the essentials! Beach equipment was super useful and saved us a big hassle and money! Only complaint is the water pressure—for a gal with thick hair I had to finish washing my hair in the kitchen sink. Otherwise, great stay!
