HOUD ER REKENING MEE DAT! VANAF 15/09/2019 DOOR APPX 15/11/2019 zal er bouwlawaai zijn in de buurt van het pand, aangezien looppaden in het complex worden gerenoveerd.

Dit begane grond appartement aan de oceaan is een stukje van de hemel. Stap uit je achterdeur naar de prachtige Atlantische Oceaan. Ongeveer 50 minuten van Disney, Universal Studios en Sea World. 10 minuten van Port Canaveral en alle belangrijke cruisemaatschappijen. Thuis van Kennedy Space Center zie en VOEL de raketlanceringen vanaf je balkon.

Gezinsvriendelijk strand, geen auto's toegestaan, actief zeeschildpadden nestgebied. Veel zand om papa te begraven en veel rust voor mama om een pauze te nemen en te ontspannen. Ga 's ochtends joggen en maak een romantische wandeling bij zonsondergang. Volop vissen vanaf de kust of neem een diepzeevisserij-excursie vanuit de haven. Stap uit de oceaan in het zoet water zwembad met chase lounges om te zonnen, dek chars om uit te rusten en tafels om gewoon rond te hangen.

Handige winkelminuten van uw voordeur en tal van eetgelegenheden, van fastfood tot couture-gerechten. Winkelen ook dichtbij.

Very clean. Lots of space. Owner was very responsive to messages and very accommodating. We flew in early and was able to access the condo before check in. Parking was ok. Few parking spaces close but they have a big lot behind the garages to park.

Rex’s condo is the perfect location for a beach getaway. We appreciated that there were chairs and umbrellas in the condo so we didn’t have to bring them. Great stay!

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing! The condo is right on a quieter stretch of beach and had everything you could possibly need for the ultimate beach day (chairs, towels, tent, etc). The condo was pristinely clean, very quiet, and the communication with the renter was quick and informative. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed for a week in this condo and had a great stay. We have two small children so the set up in the condo was great for us. We liked being on the ground floor as it was really nice being able to walk out the door and right to the pathway to the beach and pool. We didn’t actually use the pool but it looked nice. The beach is great and that’s where we spent most of our time. The condo is also in walking distance to some good restaurants and not far at all from grocery stores, the main area in Cocoa Beach, etc.The host was also very helpful and very fast in responding.

Overall great place. Located pretty much in the heart of cocoa beach, you can walk just about anywhere. kind of a pain to pull in to but its right next to the ocean!

We really enjoyed being ground-level oceanfront. We could hear the sounds of the waves crashing, day and night (which we really liked!) The room is so close to the beach, that you can easily run back to the room for anything you need. Walking the beach (or sidewalk along A1A if you prefer) for less than a mile (.7mi) you have access to restaurants/bars and live music! We asked our Uber driver to stop at a Publix on the way from the airport to the condo, and only needed a ride once. We went to Port Canaveral for a gambling cruise, followed by a Space-X rocket launch watch at Fishlips! This was a great time of year for a visit, and the weather was perfect.

We love Rex's condo! Super clean, great space for a family to hang out and everything you need in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms. Less than five minute walk to the beach and a great pool for a relaxing swim in the later afternoon. Walkable to many restaurants and stores. Rex is very easy to communicate with and sends all the updates for rocket launches (perfect location to see them from the patios and beach). We hope to be back for our family's vacations for years to come!

A work friend and I grabbed a few days at the beach before a conference in Orlando. Rex was great and very easy to work with leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated rhe info on the launch at nearby Cape Canaveral. We were able to catch the launch from the beach. Everything we needed for the beach, was provided. If you have a family with small kids, this is a unit for you. The unit has 2-pack and plays, toys for the kids, umbrellas, tents, chairs and baby/toddler pool float And board games for downtime. The place was clean and we felt very safe. There are plenty of places to grab a meal out or grab ingredients to cook at home, all within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit.

The condo was everything we hoped for and we are looking forward to returning. Condo is clean with very nice furniture and everything you need. The location sets this condo apart, loved having the 1st floor on the beach and having access to the garage was a "huge" benefit. Spanish Main is a fantastic condo resort on.a great beach. I recommend this condo and resort.

My family and I had a great time at this condo. All you need for a day at the beach is provided. Nearby restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Condo was stocked with supplies if you wanted to cook at home as well. Rex was easy to get in touch with and made check in/check out seamless. We hope to visit again soon!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was a spontaneous and short trip to see the Heavy Falcon launch. We were so pleased with everything at the condo from the cleanliness, the comfort, the oceanfront view and easy access to the beach, the pool, to the beach chairs, toys, etc. provided. We would definitely stay here again.
