Great place close to the beach, restaurants
We really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop patio was great to watch the rocket launch. There's a TV in each room for everyone's entertainment. We could sit on the balcony (for 2 people only) and watch the beach while we have our coffee. The kitchen was very clean with all the appliances one would need. The bedrooms are nice and quiet. The only negative we had was the king-sized bed was too soft for us. The fact that there are beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards (2), all fully functionable, to borrow really made our stay more enjoyable. The pool is heated so the kids really enjoyed it after spending the day in the cooler water at the beach. The restaurants around are all great and within walking distance. We will certainly come back!

Loved Cocoa Beach!
We had a fantastic stay in this condo! It was clean and quiet and looked exactly like the photos indicated. Everything we needed was already available in the unit. The location is very convenient to the pier and beach and all of the things we wanted to see and do. The rooftop is amazing! Communication with the property manager was excellent. It was a perfect place for a combined vacation/work from anywhere getaway.

Great stay with family at a great location
We came here for our summer vacation and it did not disappoint. The location was great being walking distance from the pier and very convenient for gas and shopping nearby. Our favorite highlights of our stay is the ease of going to the beach and the pool, the fantastic food we had in the area including Salsas Mexican restaurant and 4th street fillin station, the ocean view and my personal favorite just the simple quiet environment in the condo and by the beach. At first I was worried it was going to be noisy because of the pier close by but really you did not feel like it was loud or crowded. Our only feedback about the condo itself is we were looking for some rugs to help keep the floors clean from the sand but we used towels and it worked just fine. We had a small issue with our fridge and the owner responded quickly and it was resolved without any stress or inconvenience. Overall we are very happy with our choice to vacation here and look forward to coming back soon.

Great stay!
Zero complaints. The property was clean on arrival and had all the amenities needed for a great time at the beach. Chairs, boogey boards and plenty of towels. Chairs even had cooler pouches on them and were comfortable. Plenty of space inside also for relaxing after a long day. The pool was nice though we didn’t use it. short path led right to the beach and a few mores steps got you on the pier. Will definitely stay again.

Pretty property
The owner was friendly and immediate with responses. The property was as pictured - fresh and airy, clean and great location. The area is not overly commercialized but has enough to do to keep busy and enjoy. Would stay again.

Beautiful beach accommodations!
We loved the views (especially from the roof top), easy access to lots of outdoor activities, updated comfortable and well-maintained living space and the beach!!! We didn't need a car once we arrived. Everything within walking distance, including the grocery store.

Great location. Beds a tad uncomfortable. Room with two single beds nice, but mattresses could be more comfortable and the beds are short for taller people, but overall pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our atay
We loved. Our condo with a few exceptions. Noisy neighbors always slamming the door and the very short toilets. I recently had back surgery and the extremely short toilets were difficult to use, I really don't understand why they are do short. Condo was very nice and very well stocked with linens dishes and equipment. Nice view from the rooftops we enjoyed a space x launch. We also enjoyed a short walk to the pier. Thank you for a delightful stay

Chateau by the Sea
This was a perfect spot for a beach vacation. The rooftop deck was AWESOME to view the rising sun in the morning. We would highly recommend this location to others! The only downfall was the two twin size beds in the second bedroom. The mattresses and box springs were uncomfortable and need to be replaced.

Girl’s Trip
Loved this place. Everything was exactly as described. We were able to walk directly to the beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. We also got to see a rocket launch from the roof!

Great decision for our family trip!
Kelsy was super responsive and the condo is literally a stroll to the ocean. The condo was well equipped with all the beach gear you need, plenty of space for our family of 4. We had the pleasure of watching a space x satellite launch from the front balcony! The drive to Orlando was about 45 min and the tolls were affordable, but you can choose a non toll highway as well. Great option to combine Disney parks and beach fun! We can't wait to book another stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Kelsy was very responsive to questions and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved that it included everything you needed for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and a cooler! The location is great and has wonderful views of the beach, Pier and Cape Canaveral. We look forward to coming back!

This was such a great place to stay. There was waaaay more room than I needed.!!
The space was just as pictured. Enough of thing things I needed were all in place including laundry detergent. I could have gone a week with half the clothes I brought. The features if the building - location (the pier and restaurants and grocery), roof top deck, pool, the space itself were all fantastic!! Kelcy was responsive to my questions and helpful. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Loved being able to walk down to the beach anytime because it is right in the beach. It is also easy to get around to all things to see. Communication with staff is prompt and responsive. Would definitely stay there again. Also has chairs on roof to watch sunrise and sunsets which is a nice feature

We loved our stay!
We loved our stay at the Chateau by the Sea! The rooftop deck was great for coffee and sunset. Easy walk to the beach, when the ocean got too chilly we enjoyed the pool. Friendly people everywhere. Close walk to the boardwalk and restaurants for the times you didn't want to drive. We even got luck enough to see space shuttle launch (tip: go to nasa.com to check out the schedule if you stay here) If we ever back in Cocoa Beach we will hands down stay here again. Oh and the king mattress was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on!!

Place was clean, bathrooms updated. Not the rest of apartment. Very noisy. Our neighbors in 501 constantly slammed their door every time they opened it. Their dog barked a lot and they talked very loud. Rooftop deck was a plus.

Great location!
This was our second time visiting Cocoa Beach & first stay at this condo. It was pretty much perfect for our family of 4- 2 adults, 2 kids ages8 & 6. It’s right on the beach and although the balcony isn’t beach facing you can still see the beach amazingly well. Sunrises were great to watch too! We did have a problem figuring out the tv’s and which remote worked for what, but that issue is common when staying new places. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi, but never contacted anyone about it as it wasn’t a huge issue for us. We spent most of our time outside & kids needed a break from Internet anyways. It was equipped with all needed including beach chairs & boogie boards, which was a great help. I’d definitely come back to this place!

Chateau by the Sea is Exactly That. 🏝
Found exactly what we needed. Lovely accommodations by the ocean in the best location in Cocoa Beach. The condo had everything you’d need. Great kitchen and supplies to have a lovely dinner 🍷🍷nice pool area. Walk to the Pier for lunch or happy hour. Just a great time !

Rymlig lägenhet med rätt utrustning. Långsamt wifi i sovrummen och en del buller i loftgångarna från andra boende som inte hörsammade vad som stod skrivet om hur lyhört det var. I övrigt helt utmärkt lägenhet på fint strandläge med promenadavstånd till matbutik och restauranger/pub.

Very nice and great location
March 3-17-Nice apartment, very comfortable and clean. Right next to the beach so we could watch the surfers from the balcony. The pool was nice too. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Publics grocery market was within walking distance. Wanted to cook a couple of nights but the kitchen was lacking a decent fry pan. I had 2 minor issues; the DVD player did not work and so the owner replaced it the very next day; Also had a problem with the kitchen sink leaking and owner repaired it the next day. Our stay was great even tho we had these minor issues. If I get back to Cocoa Beach I will definitely stay here again.
