Chateau by the Sea is gewild gezien de ideale locatie. U bevindt zich direct naast de Cocoa Beach Pier, waar u kunt surfen, volleyballen, vissen, restaurants en de Tiki Bar. Chateau by the Sea ligt op een korte wandeling van Ron Jon's Surf Shop, een korte rit naar Kennedy Space Center en op slechts 45 minuten van alles wat Orlando te bieden heeft, waaronder Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World en de Orlando Premium Outlets.

Hoewel de vermelding 'geen restitutie' vermeldt, begrijpen we dat er dingen aan de hand zijn. Als u uw reservering moet annuleren en u ons ten minste 30 dagen voor het inchecken of eerder op de hoogte stelt, brengen wij de tweede helft van de betaling niet in rekening.

The property location and accommodations were good overall. The pool was heated, but it still was too cold to swim in, which was very disappointing since the ocean was also too cold and rough (red flag) to swim in too during our stay, The target pool temp was 86 according to the property manager, but it only reached 80F. Most people who wanted to swim didn’t because it was too cold. This needs to be more transparent, or the heater needs to be upgraded or fixed to put out more heat.

Our family of 3 loved this unit! The view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning. It was also the perfect spot to watch the rocket launch. There were plenty of towels, beach supplies, and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. We would stay again!

2024 vacation

The check in process was simple and the property was as described. We loved the view from the balcony! The neighborhood was great and everything we needed was close by. The couch in the living room was a bit uncomfortable, but we were mainly there just in the evening so not really a big deal. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone going to Cocoa Beach.

The complex was very clean and well kept up. It seemed to be a very safe area. The dog area was convenient. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and reading books I found in the condo.

Perfect Location

This was not our first stay in the building. We love the location, amenities and property manager which is why we came back. This is a very nice building that is well kept, and Zareh is awesome. Most everything was as it is represented in the pictures with the exception of the living room. My only recommendation is better furniture in the living space, couch is not same as in picture and not conducive to relaxing. Overall, will be back!!

A balcony view of the Atlantic Ocean, Cocoa Beach Pier and Cape Canaveral. Sunrises and big ships to watch. A smaller complex with clean and modern condo’s. A great place to vacation.

Beautiful Location

Loved the location. Living room furniture not as pictured. “Futon” style sofa very uncomfortable and well worn. Only other seating besides table was a heavily soiled chair. We weren’t there for the furniture but the view. Watched two satellite launches from rooftop. So cool. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony and sunset from the rooftop. Even had a rainbow one evening, Will be back but hope our timing includes comfortable indoor seating. Peace to all.

This unit is wonderful and exactly as described, it is very close to the pier and easily walkable and the balcony views are direct of the beach with no obstructions and beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic.

Beach? 2 minute walk. Pier? 4 minute walk. Ron Jon's? 15 minute walk. Local restaurants? 8-12 minute walks. Park the car and enjoy the beauty of Cocoa Beach! Definitely worth booking again.

Perfect location

This condo has the best location one could ask for. It is oceanfront and steps from the Pier. The space inside was perfect: well- equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. We have one large suggestion though. The couch was the most uncomfortable sitting spot as well as the king bed. It is important after a day playing to sit and relax but this was extremely difficult due to the furnishings. Netflix was a real bonus since no DVD player. We would hesitate to stay again only because of the furniture. Thank you
