Sweet time with family.
We had a great time at the stay! I enjoyed being so close to the beach and loved our little balcony. The only complaints we had were that the lighting was very little, there was a dead roach to greet us on one of the chairs and that was about it! The property owners were very kind and responsive! It’s a very beautiful location.

The unit and complex are sprayed bi-weekly for pests and that is not a reoccurring issue that we have in the unit. It most likely was a palmetto bug and not another pest. Spring Break
We loved our short stay in the home. Great location. Clean home. Had everything we needed for the few days we were there. Management was great to work with. Our only complaint was that the master bed seemed fragile. It creaked every time we moved when we slept and I was afraid it was going to break.

Surf & Sun
My family spent Thanksgiving week at this wonderful condo and enjoyed every minute! We were able to surf, swim and even prepare Thanksgiving dinner! The condo is fully stocked with everything you need; beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and beach towels. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, 3 generations. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location right on the beach has private beach access, pool, clean and simple, perfect for what we’re looking for. The rooftop lounge area is a plus as well, no issues with check in, got right in.

Labor day Birthday getaway
The location of the condo is superb. The pool and bbq area are right in front of the unit. That was a plus! You can find grocery store, restaurants, everything you need within a mile away. Had a great time! Extra bonus We were able to see rocket launching from the roof top!

Outdated appliances that were degrading and falling apart. A dryer that doesn't dry clothes a bed that was broken in the master bedroom. A ceiling fan that doesn't work. Roach and ant infested. This room is not what I should have to spend $2500 in the condition it was in.

Awesome Location
We got to see a shuttle launch that was cool. The place is located in a great spot, short walk to the beach from the pool area which was great with little kids. The pool was very nice and the complex was nice. My only complaint is the room needs some updating and more lighting. The rooms did get pretty hot even with the AC going making a fan a requirement. Overall, though the family and I would stay there again.

Great location!!
The location could not be better if you are planning to visit the beach by the pier. My teen girls surf and play volleyball (boards rentable, sand courts free). My only complaint is the lack of soap, so make sure you bring your own! I left new hand soaps in each bathroom.

Ok but not great
We stayed for 3 nights. On the second night we found a cockroach. On the third night we found a larger cockroach. The washer didn’t work so I couldn’t do laundry. There were multiple lightbulbs out around the condo. Location was great. Pool was great.

Cocoa Beach vacation
We had avgreat time even though it was a bit cold. It was fun walking on the beach and seeing the waves. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants were quite close. It was great family time.

The stay went well. Everything as advertised for the most part. There were some ants in the kitchen but I saw that on another review and planned accordingly. This is on the bottom floor on the beach so not unusual. The pool was under maintenance but this is not something that can be helped. Rented this condo so to the roof top access. We wanted a place to watch the SpaceX Falcon Heavy launch and it did not disappoint. Great experience and the kids loved eating dinner and breakfast on the roof. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Fabulous location! Only steps to the beach right outside the patio door. Clean pool. Rooftop deck is amazing! Everything is close by-5 star location! HUGE downside-we had to sweep/mop ALL the filthy floors. Found lots of dead ants on the floor by bedroom window. Didn’t receive parking pass, after mgmt. said they’d bring one right over. Wet, musty towels found in washer, coffee pot a greasy mess. Blackout drapes would help immensely. Prime location-shame their cleaning crew is not cleaning!

Oceanfront stay at its best!
Attractive, clean, had everything we needed, 1 minute walk from our door to beach, 25 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. Biking was awesome at low tide on the beach at sunrise as well as biking on the bike lane from one end of the island to the other end. The pier had great views for eating and drinking and it was at most a 5 minute walk. There were only 2 of us but it had 2 big bedrooms and baths so a family with kids or 2 couples could easily enjoy a stay here. The complex was lovely, friendly, well maintained and it was not big which we liked.

Amazing visit to Cocoa Beach
Check in is easy Condo was awesome Had most everything we needed. Close to everything Pool is great! Met some great people Saw some old friends You need to bring: Food, napkins and kneenex, coffee / suger/ creamer. Soft drinks, toilet paper, ice, laundry soap and softeners, cell phone and charger cuz you will be taking a lot of pictures. 😍

Outdoor spaces were the highlights.
Pros: location (within walking distance of pier, steps away from beach). Pool right outside the patio door. Roof top deck was wonderful. Outdoor space was excellent. Check in process was easy. Received all needed codes and information within 24 hours of our stay. Cons: bottom floor unit meant ants and other bugs easily came in, even with the patio doors always shut. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. No beach gear aside from towels which was different from what the listing noted.

Good Family Vacation
This condo is in a great location. Pool area to beach just steps away. No check-in required; door code and all the info you need emailed prior to arrival. Disney World and Universal Studios about an hour drive away. The only thing that was a little irritating during our stay was the smoke detector, located just outside the kitchen area, would go off pretty much every time we would use the stove top; even when we would proactively turn the vent fan on high. Not sure if there is a way to decrease it’s sensitivity or not. Other than that, we have no complaints. Great Family Vacation.

Thank you for your feedback. We have never received any complaints about the placement of the smoke alarms prior to this. We will have maintenance look in to relocating it.

Fantastic complex with a great location and nice beach!
We loved our stay in Unit 106. The unit itself was large, spacious and a great location being walkable to the beach and pool. The building is super clean as well as the unit. It was great being able to walk out from our condo to the pool and beach. While the pool itself was too warm (needed cool water) the area was clean and well maintained. My only complaints were the difficulty with the sliding glass doors (they were old) and a kitchen light not functioning. Otherwise, we'd definitely stay there again!
