Great location if you want to be away from the touristy area ,much more local with a short walk to the beach. Host provided everything needed to have a great time at the beach; dolly,chairs,cooler.

Jackie was a great host! Place was clean check in was very easy and communication was great. She has everything there that we needed. Kayaks bikes and beach gear. Definitely will be back.

Very impressed with this Vrbo rental house. To start off the location of this rental is amazing and is only 10 minutes from the water, and the rental is also 3 minutes from downtown and is very accessible for walking. Now for the actual rental. It was amazing. 100/10 the owner has everything you could ever ask for, here for you! a beach buggy, that is great on any terrain, that holds plenty of items. As well as multiple boogie boards, along with multiple beach chairs and multiple bottles of sunscreen and aloe for your use. Toiletries and soap is also supplied for you here. You can save hundreds of dollars by booking this rental on money that could have been spent on chairs and boogie boards and a wagon. Amazing experience for group sizes of 1 or 2.

It was such an amazing location from the beach and local activities. Had yummy snacks, we got to do our laundry and even a friendly neighborhood cat!

Jackie is such a friendly and accommodating host. All the extra items avaliable for whatever outing you plan - a rolling cart, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and lawn chairs for the beach, and kayaks, carriers, and coolers for paddling. Bikes to ride about town, beach towels to dry off. No detail was overlooked. Such a nice little place with proximity to all the fun. Loved our time there again this year. Thank you Jackie!

Absolutely perfect for beach access, river access, relaxing neighborhood, host was amazing and so helpful and informative. I highly recommend. All the amenities kept us busy and we had so much fun.

Great location and host!

We loved our stay at the Dolphin Den! It was very close to walk to the beach and into town and had everything we needed. Jacki was super helpful and guided us on how to experience all the fantastic things to see and do in town during our stay. Highly recommend and will def stay again on a future trip to Cocoa Beach!

Jacki was so helpful with making sure we had what we needed during our stay! We had the easiest time getting to the beach with chairs, towels, and beach cart. Added bonus of being able to do laundry prior to heading home!

Our stay was very nice. This property supplied us with everything we needed for the beach and river. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back! The owners were very responsive and made sure we were comfortable.

Excellent location

One block to the river to kayak among dolphins and manatees - three block to the ocean for sand, sun, and surf. Nice private cottage tucked away on a side street - Jacki was an excellent host, so helpful, and had all the little extras that make for a great stay.

Great place to stay. Host was great with communication. They had a binder inside with all the info on the property and even things to do in the area. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be staying here

Perfect spot for a little getaway

We stayed here for a few days before hopping on a cruise. The bikes were an awesome plus as we didn’t have a car. Loved the coffee!
