  • Prachtig ingericht appartement met zeezicht in het hart van Cocoa Beach.
    Deze prachtige eenheid beschikbaar voor dagelijkse (3 nachten min.), Wekelijkse en maandelijkse huur. Bovenste verdieping eenheid. 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers die volledig zijn gerenoveerd. Het is zeer smaakvol ingericht met dekmatrassen in de slaapkamers en bruine Italiaanse lederen sofa's in de woonkamer. Er zijn lcd-tv's in zowel de slaapkamer en woonkamer. Er is een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en het verwarmde zwembad vanaf het ruime balkon. Het appartement heeft een lift.
    De unit is compleet met strandhanddoeken, boogie boards, zand speelgoed voor de kinderen, noedels voor het zwembad, strandstoelen en een parasol. Kabel-tv, dvd, huistelefoon met onbeperkt nationaal bellen en draadloos internet zijn aanwezig. Er is een volledige wasmachine en droger voor uw gebruik. Uw beddengoed, badhanddoeken en strandlakens zijn aanwezig, samen met alles wat u en uw gezin nodig hebben om plezier te hebben op het strand! U kunt lopen naar het centrum van Cocoa Beach, waar u kunt genieten van livemuziek, vissen vanaf de oceaan of de pier of de beroemde surfwinkel van Ron Jon kunt bezoeken.

    Het terrein is ruim en beschikt over een groot verwarmd zwembad. Buiten bij het zwembad zijn houtskoolgrills beschikbaar. Het strand loopbrug heeft een douche en waterslangen om het gemakkelijk af te spoelen als je op het strand komt en gaat.

    De unit is centraal gelegen in Cocoa Beach. Op korte loopafstand kunt u genieten van Downtown Cocoa Beach, met zijn seizoensgebonden festivals (surfen op Santas), fiets- en strandverhuur, livemuziek en een selectie restaurants. Port Canaveral, de grootste cruiseschiphaven in de VS, ligt op slechts 8 km afstand. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World liggen allemaal op een uur rijden. Het Kennedy Space Center ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden van de unit.

This place was wonderful. Right on the beach, great view, very clean and had everything you needed for a day at the beach. Beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this place.

We loved it so much we are going to make this annual stay. Loved all the beach things theyhad ready and the cart. Close to everything and the beach was empty! Couldnt have been a more wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful condo! Great location. Wll stocked with everything you need. Lots of dishes and cookware. Big fluffy towels and lots of beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella. Excellent condo!

My family had such a relaxing time and didn't want it to end. You can sit out on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee and watch and listen to the ocean waves roll in. You can walk out and down the boardwalk to the ocean or the pool. If you are adventurous there is all kinds of excursions to do around you we just want to thank the owner for all the memories we made. Hopefully we will be renting again

We come to Cocoa Beach every summer to visit our family. We wanted to try a new condo/location this year. We were extremely happy with our stay and will be booking this condo in the future for our trips. Very close to some of our favorite restaurants. Enjoyed the calmness of the beach area as there is not public access close by so its just the people staying in the condo. The pool was nice to have as well. Check in and out was easy and quick. Host communicated well and ahead of time. Condo had all items we needed for a great trip. Can't wait to return!

Great location

We only stayed two nights but we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The unit was spacious and well stocked and had a great pool and ocean view. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property. The unit was fully furnished. There was even shampoo and body wash. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for access and view to the by each. The lockbox was a little confusing. We had to reenter the code and turn the lock 3 times before it would open. But it really didn’t impact the overall experience. Thank you for maintaining and sharing such a great property.

Great Location

We had a slight problem upon check-in, texted the owner & it was solved immediately. It's a very comfortable condo with nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Nice furnishings! It is a great location with a pool or the ocean for swimming. We were even lucky enough to see the brand new baby turtles run for the ocean!

easy to walk to beach, breakfast and more. wifi instructions may need to be updated, but still easy to connect. no mention of what to do with bed sheets (if they should go in washer also), but easy check out process regardless. thanks!

Beach Day!

We wanted a day at the beach after 4 nights in Orlando. This site delivered! Great location to enjoy CoCo beach, steps away. There was everything we needed for the day; umbrella, chairs, floats, boards, towels, a cart to hual it all. The inside of the condo was very comfortable as well. The host was vert easy to communicate with. There was a rocket launch one of the evenings we stayed. It was very exciting!

Cocoa Beach Perfection

This is our third time renting at the Spanish Main, two of which were with this owner. The condo is clean, well stocked in all areas (kitchen, towels, and beach accessories). We’ll definitely be returning. Thanks for a great stay and sharing your wonderful beachfront property with us!

Beach Weekend

The location is good and we have stayed at the resort several times before. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. We really did not cook anything in the condo but it appeared to have dishes and everything you would need. My only complaints would be the lighting in the condo. All of the lights are very dim and the kitchen lights are really dim you can’t see very good in the during the day and especially at night. The washer is extremely loud but seems to work ok, the bathrooms could use a good scrubbing but we’re adequate, need directions for remotes for televisions it’s a little confusing and the door lock needs to be looked at because we had a hard time getting it to lock when we left the condo each time. Other than that I would recommend this condo rental. Thank you.

Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for our stay with our two granddaughters. We found everything we needed for the beach - from plentiful beach towels to beach chairs and beach toys. Communication with the owner was always prompt. We would stay here again.

Perfect place for a couple days at the beach. Clean and stocked with the necessary items, very convenient and right on the beach. Loved that there were beach toys and chairs to use too!

Excellent property

This is a great beachfront property with a great ocean view and all the amenities you need. The condo is so clean! Unit comes with kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach cart , beach chairs - everything came in handy!! It is also close to restaurants, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks , and Publix. Maryam was in close communication with any need we had and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this condo to others!

Great vacation spot

Check in was clear and smooth. View from the balcony is great to watch sunrise. Location from condo to the beach was fantastic. Condo had necessary items for some meal prep and a comfortable stay. Beach chairs/stroller/cooler were helpful for beach excursions. We had a great get-away.
