The Space:

Salt air drifts through the window as you settle into your studio at The Juni, just steps from Cocoa Beach's golden sand. Mornings start with a walk to the shore, afternoons ease by the pool, and evenings bring the glow of a coastal sunset right outside your door. This is beach living, simplified.



The Juni is a renovated 7-unit complex set in the heart of Cocoa Beach, and this studio - known as the Shark Pit unit - is a design-forward space built for comfort. The layout is open and easy to live in, with a private entrance so you can come and go as you please, day or night.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio sleeps 2 guests comfortably, with room-darkening shades for restful nights and extra pillows and blankets on hand. A pack 'n play and high chair are also available, making this a workable option for guests traveling with a little one.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes and silverware are provided, so you can settle in and cook up something easy after a day at the beach.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and all the basics - shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products - so you're set from the moment you arrive.



Outdoor space & amenities

Step outside to a backyard and BBQ grill, ideal for an evening cookout, or head to the on-site pool to cool off. Beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so you can head straight for the sand without packing extra gear. Free parking is available on premises, along with free street parking, and the home is single level with no stairs.



Location

You're walking distance to Cocoa Beach's restaurants, nightlife, cafes, and yoga studios, with the surf breaks and open Atlantic just steps away. The Banana River is nearby for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing, and Canaveral National Seashore offers scenic trails for a slower-paced day. Orlando's theme parks are a short drive away, making The Juni a flexible base for both beach days and day trips inland. Rocket launches are also visible from the area, adding an extra bit of magic to your stay.

Pets are allowed - assistance animals are always welcome - and long-term stays of 28 days or more can be accommodated. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, whenever your travel day brings you in.



Guest Access:

The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- The pool is under repair
