You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! 'I love this hotel--located in walking distance to the plaza and restaurants, galleries, shopping. Great staff. Great breakfast with waffles and green chili burritos that you build yourself (so if you just want bacon, eggs, potatoes--you've got that). Only minor complaint is the strength of the internet and how it comes and goes. '

The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. '

'We go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!!
