'Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended. We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was scrummy. Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel. Would definitely recommend 😊'

'Tony & Chris are fantastic hosts. They have a beautiful property decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and bathrooms are fantastic. The rooms are large and have a fridge and tea tray in the rooms. The property is in walking distance of the village and Emlyn Hotel where we were attending a wedding. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back k to stay again! '

'A beautiful home, which has been renovated to a very high standard, in keeping with the original period. Our hosts were very friendly and our privacy was observed. The house is set in a wonderful location, a short walk from the town of Newcastle Emlyn. It is within easy driving distance of the coast. The bed was very comfortable and we had a most enjoyable few days here.'

'What a great hotel! Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. The family room (for me, my husband and my two uni-aged kids) was spacious and spotless. The bathroom gleaming clean. The mattresses were very comfortable, soft and hard pillows provided, beautifully laundered bed linen too. Little details -- like the hairdryer attached to the mirror, and a standing fan (which we had to use as it was a hot night), and a fridge -- showed that the management are really thinking about...

'We had the most amazing stays. The inn keepers are super friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Our first night we decided to dine in their restaurant. The food selection and quality was as good as any fine dining restaurant. We ended up eating there all four of our nights. The breakfast in the morning also offered many choices and was delicious. We did not want to leave. It is truly the nicest B & B we have ever stayed in. '

'Wonderful host who gave an extremely warm welcome. We needed a night away after a stressful week and Gerogie was so considerate and warm and couldnt do enough to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Tea and coffee available, use of kitchen facilities, lovely hot tub, communal but good fun to get to know other guests. Food is abiut a 10-15 minute drive away, can recommend Poons Street food '

'Breakfast had a wide choice of options. The bed was really comfortable and warm. Internet access was very good. The room had a good sized fridge in it which was a very good idea for keeping snacks fresh and milk fresh for tea. It was a very clean room The guesthouse is situated in the centre of the small town of Lampeter and is more reasonably priced than most establishments and they are nice people working there. '

'Stayed 2 nights as we were dj ing at the Grannell saturday night which is 3 hours from home. Key code system on all doors which is easy to follow. Rooms were clean and have tv, tea coffee facilities, also lots of hanging space. Beds were comfy.
