This home is bigger than it looks! There is a finished basement that allows for two families to stay or kids downstairs and adults upstairs. Both living rooms offer two comfortable sofa beds in the living room, ideal for extra guests. The main upstairs bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the ajoining kids' room is equipped with a bed with trundle bed - all made up and ready to go. The spacious living areas are perfect for families or groups, with plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, and classic 90's board games for entertainment. My husband and I traveled with our 2 kids (ages 9 and 12) and the 90’s fun house was a perfect spot to experience CDA for a few days! It’s a little removed from the downtown bustle but very close driving distance (less than a few miles) to everything we wanted. We were able to hike, paddle board on the lake as well as have easy access to a variety of restaurants and the highway. The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and very easily accommodated 4 people; the kids loved playing the arcade games. The beds were really comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets which made everyone happy. David (the host) was easily reached and was able to answer any and all questions quickly. We would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

We came to CDA for my stepson's graduation commencement, being a family of 6 from southern CA we booked this property based on the price and location and the themed decorations. It did not disappoint. Every amenity was provided, even ones we did not need, like a BBQ and the feature of the second kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect to get to downtown easily and the other surrounding areas in 20 mins or less. My kids loved that it had a basement. It was so comfortable and had more room than even our large family needed. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. Highly recommend.

We were in town for soccer tournaments, and this place was great for the family. The location was great for getting on and off the main interstate. The home was very clean.

The 90's house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a quick stay. The listing was not completley clear about the bedroom and bathroom acess but it was fine and we would defitely stay here again.
