The Space:

Whether you’re visiting with a few couples or bringing the extended family, Idaho Homestead Retreat offers room to gather, space to spread out, and plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the property.



Share meals around the large dining table, challenge each other to ping pong or air hockey, shoot hoops outside, gather around the fire pit, and end the evening with a soak in the private hot tub.



With five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, multiple living areas, separate game and adventure rooms, and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, time at the house can be just as memorable as exploring North Idaho.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & BATHROOMS



Two king suites and two queen bedrooms give up to four couples their own private bedroom without needing to use bunk beds, a sofa sleeper, or an air mattress.



A fifth bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, giving families and larger groups additional flexibility.



The home sleeps 15 across the bedrooms and sofa sleeper. A queen air mattress is available upon request for one additional guest, bringing the maximum occupancy to 16.

King bed with a private spa-inspired ensuite bathroom featuring heated tile floors and an oversized walk-in shower.



Main-Level Queen Bedroom | Sleeps 2

Queen bed with access to the shared full bathroom located between this bedroom and the bunk room.



Main-Level Bunk Room | Sleeps 5

Full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle.

This room shares the full bathroom with the main-level queen bedroom.

A full bathroom on this level serves the bedroom, game room, and second living area.



Upstairs Primary Retreat | Sleeps 3

King bed plus a full sofa sleeper designated for one additional guest.

This retreat also includes a private sitting area and private bathroom.

A queen air mattress is available upon request for one additional guest.

The air mattress is required when booking for 16 guests, so please request it before arrival.



Maximum occupancy is 16 guests, including children.

A convenient half bathroom is located on the main floor just off the living room.

The main living area features soaring ceilings, comfortable seating, and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.



The open layout connects the living room and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to stay part of the conversation while meals are being prepared.



A second living area downstairs gives your group another place to relax, watch a movie, play games, or simply spread out.



The indoor wood-burning fireplace is available seasonally from October 15 through March 15.

The large indoor dining table creates a true gathering place for meals, celebrations, game nights, and conversations that last long after dinner.



The well-equipped kitchen includes an oversized island with additional seating, cookware, a coffee station, and extra prep and pantry space.



Whether you’re making breakfast before Silverwood, cooking dinner after a day on the lake, or preparing a holiday meal together, the kitchen was designed with groups in mind.



During warmer months, take dinner outside to the large covered outdoor dining table and enjoy the North Idaho evenings.

The separate lower-level game room gives guests another place to gather and includes:

Plan a tournament night, spend a rainy afternoon playing together, or make it part of a cozy winter weekend at the house.

OUTDOOR LIVING & HOMESTEAD EXPERIENCE



The outdoor spaces are designed for spending the day together—from BBQ dinners around the large outdoor table to basketball, yard games, evenings around the fire pit and a soak in the year-round hot tub.



Start the morning with coffee on the front porch, where deer and wild turkeys may wander through the neighborhood.



The expansive yard gives everyone room to spread out, while the basketball hoop, playhouse and outdoor games give both kids and adults plenty to enjoy.



YEAR-ROUND HOT TUB



The private hot tub is available year-round and is perfect after a day on the lake, skiing, hiking, shopping, or exploring Coeur d’Alene.

End the evening with a soak beneath the Idaho sky.



OUTDOOR DINING & LIVING

Fire up the BBQ and gather around the large outdoor dining table for dinner together.



The covered outdoor living area provides additional seating and another comfortable place to relax, visit, and enjoy the property.



Outdoor furniture may be stored during the winter season.



OUTDOOR FIRE PIT



The outdoor fire pit is available year-round, weather and local fire restrictions permitting.



Gather around after dinner or wind down after a day of North Idaho adventures.

The chickens on the property add a little extra North Idaho homestead charm.



Guests are welcome to enjoy watching them during their stay. Please do not enter the enclosure, handle, or feed the chickens.



Deer and wild turkeys are also frequent visitors to the area, although wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed.

Spend your days boating, exploring the lakes, golfing, shopping, visiting Silverwood, attending a wedding, or discovering Coeur d’Alene.



Or skip the itinerary entirely.



With a private hot tub, game room, indoor climbing room, basketball hoop, expansive yard, covered outdoor living, BBQ, fire pit, large indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and multiple places to relax, there is plenty to enjoy right at home.



From summer lake trips to fall weekends, holiday gatherings, winter getaways, and spring breaks, Idaho Homestead Retreat was designed for groups to gather, reconnect, and enjoy North Idaho together.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and property during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces, the hot tub, fire pit area, game room, activity room, covered patios, expansive yard, and playhouse.



You're also welcome to view the property's resident chickens in their enclosed coop area, which adds to the home's peaceful homestead setting. For the safety of both guests and animals, guests may not enter the coop or chicken enclosure and should not feed or handle the chickens.



For your convenience, self-check-in is provided using a smart lock. Your unique access code, check-in instructions, and digital guest guide will be sent prior to arrival.
