Dit appartement heeft de "wow" -factor - u zult niet teleurgesteld worden. Prachtig, loft-stijl, rivierfront appartement in het Riverstone gebied van Lake Coeur d 'Alene. Met kamerhoge ramen geniet u van uitzicht op de rivier en de bergen vanuit de woonkamer, keuken en slaapkamer. Deze hoekopstelling bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping en biedt het beste uitzicht op de rivier en de omliggende bergen. Gunstig gelegen, geniet van een korte 3 minuten lopen naar Starbucks, bioscopen, winkels en vele restaurants. Ook is de Centennial Trail op een steenworp afstand; loop of fiets naar City Beach, de jachthaven, het resort of het centrum. Het appartement is professioneel ingericht met alle nieuwe meubels, apparaten en smaakvolle inrichting - niet uw typische vakantiewoning! Condo heeft een slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een bad. Er is een moderne open haard in de woonkamer voor de winter en airconditioning en plafondventilatoren voor de zomer. Het wrap-around dek biedt een terras tafel en stoelen, barbecue en een bar top tafel met twee barkrukken. Cozy Getaway with Stunning Views and Great Location

I rented this beautiful property for my husband’s birthday, and it exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect—very convenient to nearby restaurants. The view from the unit was stunning, and we were lucky enough to catch some snow on the last day of our stay. Barbara was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The only minor downside (and not the host's fault) was some construction below our unit that was a bit disruptive, but it only lasted for a couple of hours. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place!

Great location, great and comfortable amenities and quick response from host when needed. Only complaint (no fault of the owner) there was a remodel going on above the unit so not a relaxing trip as we wanted but there is a lot to to in the area so we were able to leave the condo 9-5p to escape the noise. We will stay again if we come back to the area!

WOW! Beautiful Condo, Amazing Location, Great hosts!

WOW ..really does say it all! Condo was beautiful,very comfortable and clean. The views from the condo of the Spokane River were amazing! You couldn't ask for a better location. It was very close and within walking distance to a plethora of restaurants. We had a car but we chose to walk because the area is just so beautiful. The hosts were amazing. Wonderful clean condo on the river!

Loved this place! Very clean, great location, and quiet. Plus the owners are helpful with area recommendations and addressed a small issue we had with the television quickly. You can tell Frank and Barbara care about their guests and take care of their condo. Location is in a new neighborhood. There are two restaurants downstairs and a shopping center two short blocks away with over a half dozen eateries, stores, and a movie theater. Only about 5 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect! Updated building, very close to bike/walking path, breakfast place downstairs plus lunch/dinner place downstairs, 2 regular bikes you can use, you can walk on walking path to area to rent jet skies and boating stuff. Owner was very prompt if you called. Neighbors were very nice. Own underground parking spot.Balcony overlooking lake. Very nice neighborhood, clean area. Beach spots along walking path. Beautiful view from lovely condo

This condo complex is a great choice for a stay on CDA. The view on the Spokane River is fabulous. Condo is very clean, quiet and pretty. Location is great for restaurants (2 are right at the complex). Watching boats go by and grilling on balcony are highlights. Barb is easy to get in touch with. We would rent this one again. The only issue for me was the tub/shower. The ledge to step into the shower is quite high. I did not feel safe stepping in our out. Might not be any issue for others, but it was for me.
