'The property was clean, including the bedroom. The bedroom was very small but you get what you pay for. We had a complication with check in. We booked through Expedia but the hotel said we had two rooms booked and both were without breakfast. We showed them that we had only one room booked with breakfast. This left our check in process extended and we kept showing them the confirmation information. After a period of time they agreed to give us the breakfast. The location is really out of town...

'Hotel was prima en naar verwachting. Het ligt aan een drukke straat, maar geen geluidsoverlast in de kamer. Er is een mall, winkelcentrum, en bus terminal dichtbij. Alles is afhankelijk van activiteiten, maar het hotel en personeel zijn behulpzaam om de juiste weg en eventueel vervoer aan te bieden of te verwijzen naar de juiste mogelijkheden.'

'Heerlijk verblijf! Ideaal, als je land neem de bus 50p en daarna de trycicle 10p en je bent er al!! De haven is op loopafstand met koffer. Huur een scooter om het eiland te verkennen. Voor de rest prima kamer, blijft ook koel als de airco in de nacht niet heeft aangestaan. Vriendelijk personeel'

'Lovely building and great staff. Allowed us to drop off bags. Rooms were not the cleanest, especially the bathroom. Breakfast at the on site cafe included which was nice.'

'Not 24/7 desk as advertised, when we tried to check in after our ferry got in the gate was padlocked shut, we could hear the phone ringing but no answer. They refused to refund as they “don’t lock the doors” - we were stuck outside their locked hotel for an hour trying to get through, don’t trust them!'

'The resort is new, and look magnificent! The staff treat you like a royalty , and do every thing to please you. It was in one word amazing!'

'I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. '

'Staff was great and very friendly especially Julielyn who remembered our omelette orders. It was so easy to book a massage and a day tour at the front desk with Alex. We even used the gym and the pool and ate at the bar lounge. '

'When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person? Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up. Restaurant for lunch took a very long time and sometimes they forgot to...

'Rough road outside'

'Small basic room with a balcony and warm shower, a nice plated breakfast with friendly service. Lots of opotunity offerd to undertake tje many activitys on offer on the island even provided a car and driver to take us to see some of the attractions for a vert reasonable fee and arranged a boat trip with snorkling to one of the other islands. Would i syay there again? Definitly a great value hotel with friendly helpful staff.'

'This hotel is much very nicely designed, it blends into the surroundings. The poo is really a lovely place at sunset and the barmen make very nice drinks. It has a parking inside. The room is clean and spacious and I could not hear any sound coming from the rooms next to mine. I would say the bed firmness on a scale from 1-10 (ten being like a door) is around 8, which i think is perfect. If you can get a sea view 1 bedroom, do it, they are awesome regarding view and comfort. The breakfast...
