Casa de Baixo is a two-bedroom apartment located in the historic and very central area of Coimbra, just a few minutes’ walk from Coimbra-A train station, the University of Coimbra and many of the city’s main attractions.

With approximately 60 m², it is the largest of our three apartments and is particularly suitable for families, friends or couples when travelling together but wanting separate bedrooms.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Its traditional setting and character reflect the historic area of Coimbra, while the apartment provides the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, including stays of several days.

Its central location makes it possible to explore much of Coimbra on foot. Coimbra-A train station is approximately a 6-minute walk away, and the University of Coimbra is less than 1 km away.

Please note: the apartment is located in Coimbra’s historic area, with old streets and some steep sections. It is not a newly built modern apartment; it is a home in the historic centre, with the character and particular features of this part of the city.

If you are travelling by car, street parking may be available nearby, but there is no private space.
