Great location. The room was very small but thoughtfully set up with everything you might need. Fridge was stocked with essentials and fresh bread provided each morning. Parking was not always easy and one day it did require us to park a long way away in paid parking. Had to be lucky to get parking out the front of the building.

Perfect Location and Engaging Host

The apartment is a great example of how good design can make a small confined space perfectly livable. It is not large, and headroom is constrained, but providing one remembers to duck, the place offers great character and should meet every traveler's needs. The apartment is very clean and well-organized, the king size bed is very comfortable, and the small but functional kitchen was generously stocked upon arrival with provisions (including 4 fresh eggs!) to prepare one's own breakfast, An added bonus was the fresh bread delivered to the door every morning by the congenial Eduardo, a host who was wonderfully welcoming and whom we would have liked to spend more time with had our stay not been so brief (though we would stay here again should we return to Coimbra). In terms of exploring the historic centre of town, the apartment is perfectly located within short walking distance of all the important sights, and a good restaurant is right around the corner. Every aspect of the rental was positive, thank you very much, Eduardo!

Good stay

The converted attic had some low beams, but other than that, it was good value for money. We especially enjoyed the warm bread every morning and the stocked refrigerator for a great breakfast start to our days. Not sure I've seen the return of our deposit for potential damage.

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived. Each morning received warm buns hanging on our door and the fridge was full of breakfast food. Always there to help, assist or give a friendly chat. The loft is small but so compact and has everything you need. Super location, an easy walk to all the sites

Very charming unit with full amenities; almost like a small one bedroom apartment. We were greeted by Luisa who was very welcoming and kind. She gave us maps with excellent suggestions of restaurants and things to do. She shared her phone number just in case. We woke to hot bag of fresh bread every morning hanging on our door and a fridge stocked with, milk, juice, eggs, cheese, and jam! Location was very central. Couldn't have been better placed. We added their contact to our list as we definitely will go back!!

The location was good for touring the university and old part of town. The owner was very nice and the morning bread was a welcome touch. The apt was small and quaint but was what we expected.

Very well located for exploring the university and the old city areas of Coimbra. Luisa and Eduardo checked in periodically to make sure everything was fine. Fresh breakfast rolls were delivered to our room at 8:00 every morning - delicious!

Sublime!

C'est un studio très bien équipé, très confortable et bien situé et Eduaro est aux petits soins avec ses bons conseils. Il y a un petit déjeuner. Le propriétaire apporte des petits pains frais le matin et dans le frigo, il y a des oeufs, du fromage, de la confiture, du yogourt. Nous avons adoré. Un grand merci Eduardo!

Estúdio com boa acomodação e prestação de serviços

Durante a segunda quinzena de maio de 2018 estivemos hospedados no Estúdio 31, de propriedade da Luísa e Eduardo. Encontramos o local exatamente como constava nas fotos, sendo que as boas vindas foram formalizadas pelo Eduardo, que foi muito simpático e prestativo, com o qual tivemos uma boa conversa logo na chegada. O Estúdio acomoda bem duas pessoas e encontra-se equipado com utensílios e eletrodomésticos novos, limpos e operantes. Local bastante limpo, com serviço diário de arrumação das dependências e fornecimento de itens para o café da manhã (pequeno almoço, como é chamado em Portugal), com deliciosos pães fresquinhos a cada manhã, deixados à nossa porta. Muito bem localizado, próximo à Universidade de Coimbra e ao Centro Histórico antigo da cidade, permitindo que toda essa região seja explorada a pé. Em nossa avaliação trata-se de um bom espaço recomendável para hospedagem de duas pessoas em Coimbra. Nossos agradecimentos pela acolhida e bons momentos que tivemos. We found the place exactly as it appeared in the photos, and the welcome was formalized by Eduardo, who was very friendly and helpful, with whom we had a good conversation on arrival. The studio is appropriete for two people and it's equipped with new, clean and operant appliances. Very clean place, with daily maid servisse and supplies for breakfast, with delicious freshly baked breads each morning, left at our doorstep. Very well located, close to the University of Coimbra and the old Historic Center, allowing the whole region to be explored on foot.
