'There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. 'The only good thing was the mexican restaurant next door. The bed had cigarette burns all over it also stains. No soap at the sink. The cleaning crew came in everyday but only to put the towel on the floor on the edge of the tub no trash taken out no clean sheets. The changed the sheets on the last night and they also had stains and cigarette burns'

'The toilet was stopped up the shower curtain was on the floor. I told the guy at reception and he said that he was gonna get me to come up there then he called and said no one was answering. Then I told the lady at the recession desk the next morning very disappointed.'

'Easy parking and access to the hotel. Recommend encouraging the staff to say a simple hello or good morning. It would reflect well on customer service. It is apparent that the hotel is under new management or there is a new general manager who has a focus on customer service.'
