NIEUW Lakeview en jachthaven, Cape Royale onder de bomen

Geniet van ons 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers 1800 moderne midden van de eeuw moderne Lakehouse met prachtig uitzicht op het meer vanaf de voorkant en op 100 stappen van het achterdek naar de levendige jachthaven van Cape Royale. Lakehouse heeft goede bedden en matrassen en een leuk dek onder de bomen aan de achterkant van het huis. Volledig ingerichte keuken met toevoer van koffie, thee, suiker, zout, ketchup, mosterd en barbecuesaus. Beddengoed en handdoeken worden verstrekt. Eigen parkeerplaats voor vier auto's of drie auto's + boottrailer. Kunnen nog twee auto's op straat parkeren voor de privéparkeerplaats. Breng uw boot mee ($ 20 Cape Royale-toeslag) en vistuig. Vissershaven en drie boothellingen zijn vlakbij in de jachthaven. Cape Royale heeft gemeenschappelijk zwembad, basketbalvelden, beachvolleybal, natuurpad, speeltuin en parken aan het meer en is kindvriendelijk.

Perfect quiet escape

Great location - sleepy little neighborhood on the lake. We are from dallas and met friends from Houston there - easy for us all to get to. The house was great for 2 families with bedrooms on 2 floors. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things we needed. It’s dog friendly with lots of outdoor activities. We made great memories with our families and will plan to come back !

Lovely Long Weekend

Our family stayed in this ideal home for the third time for Memorial Day Weekend. It is always a pleasure to be hosted by Frederik and Sylvia. The home is cozy, comfortable and clean. Serene Retreat by the Lake

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. A week at Lake Livingston

This lake house is in the trees, along a creek very, close to the marina. We reserved a slip for our boat which convenient and fun. The house is roomy, well cared for, and well supplied with dishes, kitchen items, bath towels and bedding. There is also a cloths washer & dryer and all appliances and AC are in good working order. There is also parking for 4 cars which is more than many similar locations. The Cape Royal community is very nice and the location is beautiful. Over all the house is comfortable, pleasant to be in, and hosted our family perfectly. Wish we could stay there all summer!

Enjoyed our time, just would have liked to have been able to make the rain go away. We did have some time to enjoy the back deck though. The host had good communication. The kitchen was very well stocked. The large couch was nice. Comfortable seating for several people. We also had plenty of area for parking. Nice area fro get out and take a walk.

Wonderful host and property.

Our family really enjoyed spending the Thanksgiving holidays in Fred and Sylvia's beautiful home. They were such great hosts and the property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace, lots of seating and dining outdoors looking at the beautiful view of the lake and marina. The community was also great and we loved hiking the trails. We definitely plan to return!

Great stay

It’s a great gateway: spacious, clean house with everything you need and even more. The neighborhood is so beautiful and safe. There are hiking trails and a small playground. It’s very quite. We did have a small issue with a thermostat not working on the first floor but Fred brought us wood to warm it up. Thank you so much! We are very happy with our stay!
