'The Speech House is a lovely historic building in the most magnificent setting in the Forest of Dean. The staff was exceptional, the food was wonderful, parking was easy. The only downside was the size of our room being rather small.'

'A very pleasant surprise as a solo guest. Needed an overnight stay for an event in Abergavenny, went with no expectations, just needed a comfortable, clean place and that's what I got. Yes the place needs a bit of tidying up, decorating, updating of furniture but that doesn't bother me as long as everything works for it's purpose which it did.
