Also nearby, there is a water sports school, a small bike rental shop, and a jogging and biking trail along the Adda River, which leads to various areas of Valtellina and the northern part of Lake Como. The apartment consists of: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, and a section of the garden with space for a small table, a barbecue, sun loungers, and a beach umbrella - One parking space is available on the property (for additional cars, paid public parking is available) - A short walk takes you to the Colico harbor, where boats and hydrofoils depart for lake tours, or to the train station, where trains and buses depart for cities such as Milan, Como, etc. — On Friday mornings, just 100 meters from the house, you can visit the market, where you’ll find a variety of food products.
