The house spans three levels and combines contemporary furnishings with traditional Tuscan materials, such as chestnut wood beams and terracotta floors. The first floor features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sleeper sofa. The first floor houses the master bedroom and the bathroom. The Water Space is an intimate area next to the canal, designed for reading, relaxing, and listening to the water. An extraordinary place for those who love discovering homes steeped in history. You’ll have access to private parking right outside the house, with restricted access via an electronic gate. Gora XV Segreto is located in the center of Colle di Val d’Elsa, in a secluded spot that has been crossed by water for nearly ten centuries, yet just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and amenities. Once you’ve parked your car, you can easily walk to Piazza Arnolfo di Cambio and the main attractions in Colle. The bus stop is nearby, as is the Elsa River Park. From here, you can set out on foot, by bike, by motorcycle, or by car to explore Colle and the Val d’Elsa. The location is also ideal for exploring Tuscany: San Gimignano is about a 15-minute drive away, Volterra and Siena are about 25 minutes away, and Florence is about 45 minutes away. Nearby you’ll also find Monteriggioni, Certaldo, and numerous villages in the Val d’Elsa.
