HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

NO SMOKING: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or out.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM per College Place city ordinance.
REGISTERED GUESTS: Maximum 6 guests. Only registered guests permitted.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties or events of any kind.
PARKING: 2 spots in front of the house. Do not block the garage doors.
DAMAGE REPORTING: Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible.

The street is peaceful, Lion’s Park is right across the road, and Walla Walla University is a short walk away. The Parkview Loft, a separate short-term rental, is located next door and may have its own guests during your stay.
