Max Guests: up to 25 people max at “event” pricing rates; message us for custom event pricing for groups larger than 16 guests (regardless of sleeping overnight or not)
**Be sure to put the correct number of guests for our dynamic pricing to correctly show you the cost. We charge for larger groups due to insurance, cleaning, laundry, supplies, utilities, etc.

We require a rental agreement to be signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & noise disturbances, and outdoor security cameras that are not monitored, but can be pulled up in case of security event.
We do allow INDOOR pets only with a $149 non-refundable pet fee & reserve the right to charge for additional pet hair cleaning, fleas or damage. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
$750 unauthorized party / event fees
$150 signs / sticky tape / glitter clean up fee
$150 furniture move back fee.
We reserve the right to charge any excessive cleaning beyond standard laundry and sanitation.
