Compliance is required, and violations may result in a cancelled reservation with no refund. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined below.
1. GUEST POLICY, OCCUPANCY, PACKAGES / DELIVERIES AND QUIET HOURS
A $100 penalty will be charged for unregistered guests and the guest who books must be present for the entire stay.
• Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests.
• No packages or deliveries are allowed to this address. We suggest sending items to nearby Amazon drop boxes. If packages are sent to the property, all liability is assumed by guests.
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
2. SMOKING POLICY
No Smoking anywhere inside or outside the property. Violations will incur a $100 fine plus remediation.
3. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Unannounced inspections may be conducted if there are suspected rule violations. Guests may also be removed without refund and / or fined for violations.
4. PROPANE OR CHARCOAL GRILL USE
• Must be operated in open outdoor areas only.
• Must be attended at all times when in use.
• Turn off all burners and propane tank after use.
• Ensure charcoal is no longer lit after use.
• Use at your own risk. Misuse may result in fines.
5. SPECIAL FEATURES and GUEST ETIQUETTE
Aggie Village features one-of-a-kind décor. Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items.
6. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00AM
Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $15 fee per every 15 minutes past check-out.
7. EVENTS and CELEBRATIONS
We love providing guests with a space for celebrations - just let us know in advance! All gatherings must be pre-approved and follow the guidelines below.
