Before your stay, you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider, Superhog. This ensures we comply with short-term rental regulations and offer added protection for both our guests and property. You’ll receive instructions from Superhog via email or text – please complete this before arrival to ensure a seamless check-in.
CANCELLATION: All polices will be followed as stated on each platform as noted during the booking process. In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any and all fees incurred by the host (including but not limited to the credit card processing fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE and a processing fee of $100 for the cancellation will be retained by the host. The remainder will be refunded to the guest within 10 business days.

No tape, anything sticky, glitter, hanging using nails or anything that could damage our walls is permitted in any part of the home.
Please use the plain black towels or black towels labeled "makeup" to remove makeup, not the white washcloths or towels.
