  • Ons oude, maar pas gerenoveerde vissershuis heeft de Franse charme en sfeer behouden. Het appartement is gelegen in de meer rustige omgeving van Collioure (Foubourg), wat leuk kan zijn als u de behoefte aan rust en stilte voelt.

    'S Ochtends is het heerlijk om 100 meter door de straat te wandelen voor een ochtendbad, gevolgd door een ‘petit déjeuner’ in St. Elme.

    Bij het betreden van de trap in het appartement, wordt u opgewacht door lichten en een prachtig uitzicht op de zee.
    De open keuken en woonkamer geeft het appartement een geweldige ruimte. Met een grote eettafel, comfortabele banken en moderne keuken, geeft het appartement u inspiratie voor alles wat u wenst, thuis koken, prachtige muziek, ruimte om te lezen en te ontspannen bij de open haard.
    Er zijn vier kleine balkons in het appartement, een daarvan is groot genoeg voor een kleine tafel en een paar stoelen om te genieten van uw ochtendkoffie, met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee.

    Er zijn twee grote slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. Beide kamers hebben tweepersoonsbedden en kasten. De badkamers zijn ontworpen in een delicate Italiaanse stijl.

    Via de trap kom je op de mezzanine, een plek waar je tv kunt kijken en jezelf kunt terugtrekken. Dit is ook een heerlijke slaapplaats met een mooi bed naast charmante ramen.

We spent 12 nights at the property and would have happily stayed another 12 if that was possible. The house is amazing - light and bright, clean and well-equipped; it felt like home. Collioure is perfect; we enjoyed a relaxing getaway and taking in all the views. Tone was a terrific host and responded to communication quickly. My husband and I would love to return to this property again.

Beautiful apartment in great location

We loved the property and enjoyed visiting Collioure for the first time. Really convenient location for the beaches and town. The apartment is spacious and airy and nicely furnished. Great views from the windows and balcony.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of old Collioure and only 2 minutes walk from the beach. We absolutely loved the property and it was really light, airy with fantastic views. Toné was a great host and communicated with us really promptly and all was well organised. We can’t wait to come back!

Magnifique sejour à Collioure

Maison de village très bien située, à 2 minutes de la plage, avec terrasse agréable donnant une jolie vue sur le village. Très bon équipement également : on peut cuisinier facilement. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par M. Et Mme Smith. Maison à recommander pour un séjour a Collioure !

An excellent property with very kind and responsive hosts. Charming location in what felt like an area of locals in walking distance of everything. The accommodation was great and very suited to babies and toddlers with it's stair gates and open spaces. As someone who likes to cook, it was great to have all the proper equipment available. The terrace was great for relaxed meals and a quiet cigar in the evening. We will be back for sure!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la jolie maison de pêcheur des Smith. Elle est parfaitement située et bénéficie d’une très jolie vue sur le fort de Collioure. Tone est une très sympathique personne extrême tu serviable. Je recommande.

Great sea views

A wonderful fisherman’s cottage in beautiful Collioure! We had a fantastic stay at Tone’s home. It was as described with nice furnishings and a comfortable bed. The view of the sea from the living room was so lovely. When all the doors are open there’s also a nice breeze that helps keep the house cool since there isn’t AC. We hope to return for another stay.

Very quiet location on a pedestrian street. Fresh breeze keeps the apartment cool. Quaint village life. Everything is so close. Walking is easy. Comfortable space with all the necessary amenities. And a neighbourhood calico cat that lazes on the lovely terrace. Hosts are always approachable.

The host was great from the time of booking and kept good communication with details, hints and tips about our stay. Perfect week in Collioure

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this apartment in Collioure. It is very comfortably furnished. The views to the sea are delightful. The proximity of the beach is marvellous. At the same time, it is also surprisingly quiet. The owners of this property were excellent correspondents and offered helpful advice ahead of our arrival. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future. It was a perfect week in a lovely town.

Seaside living at its best

We arrived in Collioure by train and enjoyed a late afternoon walk through the village to the house. The first impression on entering the house was that the view of Collioure from the main living area and terrace are amazing. Pictures don’t really capture how beautiful it is. The location is perfect, quiet yet very close to the sea and many restaurants and bars. The hosts have also taken real care with every element of the house. It is rare to stay somewhere so perfect.

geschmackvolle Unterkunft mit grandiosem Blick

Die Wohnung ist sonnendurchflutet mit Blick auf das Meer. Sie liegt im ruhigeren Teil der Altstadt. In 3min. erreicht man einen der 3 Stadtstrände. Falls man mit dem Auto kommt, würde ich empfehlen, ein Ticket für einen der öffentlichen Parkplätze zu kaufen (50€ für eine Woche), da die Parkplatzsituation in der Altstadt schwierig ist. Wohnung ist ideal für eine Kombination aus Meer, Berge und Altstadtflair.

Great location, beautiful little house

We had a great stay at this property… it was exceptionally clean & located in a lovely street. There are 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans which were very welcome with the hot weather. Also two portable fans which were great. The mezzanine was a little too hot during the really hot weather but a lovely breeze through the house too. Check in and check out were easy … communication excellent. Will definitely revisit! Thanks Tone & Dyran!

Nice apartment very close to a good beach

Nice well-equipped apartment which has been tastefully renovated and is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. If travelling by car I would recommend unloading at the end of Rue Camille Desmoulins which is effectively a cul-de-sac and easy to access from the main road . We also found that the only car parks which allow long term (> 6 hour) parking are Parking du Stade and Parking du Chateau d'Eau , both of which are a 15 min walk uphill from the apartment. If driving to the closer car park (Parking de la Riere) from the apartment , don't follow Google Maps as it tries to route via a very low bridge which looks virtually impassable. The Chateau Royal is well worth a visit and inexpensive , also good to drive along to the coast over the border to Spain to visit some of the small towns such as Colera. Thanks also to Tone and Henrik who were very responsive when we had an issue with fans (it was very hot during our stay) which was addressed over the first weekend.

Tolle Wohnung in Collioure

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Haus und die Aussicht sowie die Lage ebenfalls. Es war nur schwer zu finden. Die Wegbeschreibung und Beschreibung der Parkplatzsituation sowie der Tatsache, dass man das Gepäck mindestens ca 200m zum Haus tragen muss, sollte in der Ausschreibung deutlicher dargestellt sein. Im Haus selbst sind Geschirr und Besteck dringend ergänzungsbedürftig ( zu wenig Messer, keine Dessertteller etc). Einige Reparaturen sind fällig: Duscharmatur im rechten Bad ist undicht, so dass kaum Wasser bis zum Duschkopf kommt. Lampe im Schlafzimmer und ein Ventilator defekt. Leider gibt es in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Trotz der erwähnten Mängel, die leicht zu beheben sind, war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
