Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen
Thing that I liked: Great location, very safe parking garage under the hotel and quiet rooms. Very close to the train station and the Köln Dom.
Things I didn’t like: We had to switch to another room after we found out that the shower cabin was not sealed correctly. The floor became completely wet after a short shower. The water was leaking right under the door. There was also no magnifying mirror (it was missing in the first room). In the second room the showerhead was defected (it would not stay up) and was supposed to be fixed. That did not happen.
Another (may it be small) thing which I find unfortunate was that we could not cast or stream (except for youtube) anything on the tv. (as it wasn’t a proper smart-tv) That would’ve been nice if you’re staying in the hotel to relax for a bit. Quite a few channels were also not working.
Overall we think the people at the reception were very helpful and friendly. We do think housekeeping or facility management should check the rooms more often.
