Welkom bij ons volledig uitgeruste vakantiehuis Big Paw Paw Lake, gelegen aan een kanaal van Big Paw Paw Lake, dat privacy en toch gemakkelijke toegang tot het meer biedt. Er is een houten pier om te vissen in het kanaal. Uw boot kan aan de pier worden vastgemaakt voor gemakkelijke toegang.
Paw Paw Lake is een 900 hectare groot binnenmeer met 13 mijl aan pittoreske kustlijn om te verkennen. Dit is een van de belangrijkste binnenmeren in Zuidwest-Michigan en is volledig recreatief, inclusief uitstekende vismogelijkheden, kracht en zeilboten, zwemmen, waterskiën, jetskiën en tubing. Bootverhuur, jetskiën, kajakken en paddleboard-verhuur zijn mogelijk verkrijgbaar bij de plaatselijke winkels / jachthavens.

Paw Paw Lake ligt op slechts 90 minuten rijden van Chicago, 15 minuten van St. Joseph, 20 minuten van South Haven 40 minuten van Saugatuck en 3 uur van Detroit. Zandstranden aan Lake Michigan, veel in de buurt. De South Country Michigan Wine Country Trail is over het hele gebied. Negen lokale brouwerijen zijn binnen 15-30 minuten als bier meer van jou is! Een casino van Four Winds ligt op slechts enkele minuten afstand. Geweldige golfbanen zijn in de buurt, evenals winkelen als je in de stemming bent. Zelfs een drive in theater is in de buurt!
Dit is aan de rand van Coloma waar u restaurants, supermarkt, bars, bioscoop, benzinestations, een apotheek en een ijzerwinkel vindt. U kunt vers fruit en groenten kopen op de vele stands in de buurt.
Dit huis is comfortabel voor uw gezin met 3 slaapkamers, waarvan 8 slapen. De koning slaapkamer bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping met zijn eigen meester bad. Een slaapkamer op de tweede verdieping heeft 1 queensize bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en 2 aparte bedden. Een volledig bad wordt gedeeld door deze slaapkamers. Een volledige gastentoilet bevindt zich ook op de eerste verdieping. Ontspan in de woonkamer met comfortabel meubilair, een flatscreen-tv met een dvd-speler. Neem je favorieten mee of kies uit onze collectie. De slaapbank zal nog 2 extra gasten slapen. De eetkamer heeft een grote boerentafel en 3 krukken voor de balie. De volledig ingerichte keuken is voorzien van een koelkast met franse deuren, een elektrisch fornuis / oven, een vaatwasser, een magnetron, een koffiezetapparaat, servies, bestek en kookgerei. Een wasmachine / droger set bevindt zich op de begane grond voor uw gemak. Dish-netwerk en wifi zijn inbegrepen. Wij bieden alle linnengoed, handdoeken, papieren handdoeken en zelfs het toiletpapier. Centrale lucht zal uw zomer comfortabeler maken.
De achtertuin heeft een groot omheind dek waardoor het een ideale buitenruimte is met een gasgrill, picknicktafel, loveseat en stoelstel, en een ontspannende gasvuurplaats. Een afgeschermd tuinhuisje beschermt je in geval van regen.
Dit is een rookvrij huis.

Communication with Mona was perfect. Her home was very comfortable and having three bathrooms was a huge plus. She had all of the little things there to make you feel like it was your home away from home. Definitely recommend.

We looked and looked and LOOKED for a house on a Lake in Michigan and we finally found this gem! Mona had the best communication and was so nice and easy to work with. We were a little worried because we had several vehicles and boat trailers, but we were able to fit everything in the garage/driveway. The house was very neat and clean when we got there. There was plenty of towels/pillows/blankets. This house had it all! We couldn’t have been happier. Thanks again, Mona!

House was absolutely wonderful! Owners checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and check in process went smooth. So many extras from cooking spices, coffee, beach supplies, life jackets, fishing poles, to fans in every single room. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. The Porch was amazing with a enclosed gazebo for dinner, along with a beautiful gas fireplace. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe to enjoy morning walks. Restaurant within walking distance and grocery store just a mile down the road. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for the great house.

This home was absolutely amazing for our weekend trip to Paw Paw lake. We 3 families with all with small children and there was plenty of room! The home was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was a perfect trip to end our summer! We also loved the enclosed deck and hanging out by the fire at night. We will absolutely book again!

This property was perfect for us, good location, beautiful lake and a boat launch. Sadly we didn’t catch any fish, but we weren’t the only ones :). Mona was so communicative and helpful. We would highly recommend for a couple or a family!

We made a mini family vacay out of being in town for a wedding in Benton Harbor. It was a great location for day trips to St Joe, South Haven and Saugatuk. IT was so nice to have a big, comfy house to come back to after a day of shopping and sight seeing, and all have space to spread out and take naps. The deck was so relaxing to listen to the birds, watch the boats go by and have a fire in the gas firepit too. The canal water looked pretty dirty and it was not hot enough to swim either, but we would not have swam there is it was. The big lake is around the corner, but no direct access if you don't have a boat. However many beautiful beaches close by on Lake Michigan. The house itself is clean, bright and cozy, beds were plenty and comfy, nice to have 3 showers also! Only issue was not able to get the firepit started at first and owners responded immediately to help us. If returning to the area, would definitely stay here again!

Our Paw Paw Lake rental was wonderful!! The deck is perfect for relaxing and visiting.; however, it was too warm for us to use the firepit:(. Each adult couple had their own bedroom and bathroom (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) which was perfect. I did not know how peaceful the evenings really were on Paw Paw Lake until I returned home. Coloma had everything we needed…restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, etc.. It was a little slice of paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed Mona’s Paw Paw Lake home. It’s a long drive from Texas but we hope to return in future:)

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was updated and extremely clean. Mona was very easy and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend booking this house if you want readily available access to the lake and a nice place to come back to after a day out. There was a very nice gas fire pit for late night relaxing and a gazebo for when it rained. I can't express enough how happy we were that we booked this house for this trip.

Our family has enjoyed rental homes on Paw Paw Lake for many years. This year's rental was by far our favorite! The home was clean, bright, and offered a quiet location with friendly year-round neighbors nearby. The owner was very responsive whenever we reached out, whether by email or text. Although we did not take advantage, the owners provided non perishable food items and toiletries in case of need. The fireplace on the deck made for a cozy place to relax after a busy day on the water. We will definitely rent this home again, and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a vacation on beautiful Paw Paw Lake!

Mona’s vacation home is a wonderful place to vacation. She is always around to answer any questions and so quick to respond. I felt like she was my new friend when we left. The home is super clean with everything you need and has a beautiful view with a nice deck for your morning coffee. I would give this home a five star +. If you need a place to stay on paw paw lake, this is the place to rent.

We came out this way for a girls and winery weekend. This house and the area did not disappoint! The biggest bummer was having to leave after 4 days. The house was clean with everything you would need. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Centrally located to St. Joseph's and South Haven, not to mention all the wineries. We all loved it here and plan to return again soon since there's so much more to see and do! Thank you to our host!!

We enjoy taking some family downtime together around Christmas time and this property accomodated us well. There was room in the dining area for us to setup a card table to do puzzles separate from the dining table. Plenty of beds and having 3 bathrooms is a benefit as well. There was a lot of extras in the kitchen and a nice movie collection to choose from. Lastly, the owner was a great communicator, which ia always appreciated. We certainly enjoyed our time here!

This home was absolutely wonderful! The house is located on a canal of Paw Paw Lake in a quiet residential area. Beautiful setting! The deck was a great place for the 6 of us to gather in the evenings for quiet conversation and fun. Mornings on the deck with a cup was one of my favorite parts! We visited 13 wineries in the area over 3 days. Central location of the house was excellent for this endeavor. I cannot say enough positive about the house or our hostess, Mona. She kept in contact with me for several weeks before and during our stay to help make this a memorable weekend for our family. Mona referred to her home as a “little slice of heaven”. Indeed it is! We would definitely stay here again!!!! 😁

This place was absolutely as described and perfect for a couples’ getaway with our friends. Mona is easily available via text and promptly replied to our questions. Also, the home is well stocked and had everything we needed. We spent days in South Haven and St. Joseph. Both were close and easy to get to. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a great home for our family vacation! We found it to be well kept with the kitchen and linen closet well supplied. The fenced deck was perfect for our toddler! Also, there’s a grocery store and shops nearby, charter fishing, mini golf and go-karts, and Lake Michigan. The owner was very easy to contact and work with. Awesome vacation memories!
