Ontspan en kom tot rust op 'Isle Have Another!' U zult absoluut dol zijn op het charmante huis met 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en op slechts een blok afstand van het zandstrand in Colonial Beach aan de rivier de Potomac. Met ruimte voor 8 personen biedt dit huis een uitnodigende achtertuin, 2 beschutte veranda's, ruimte voor vermaak en direct uitzicht op het water. Rustig aan en neem een pauze weg van het leven in deze rustige Chesapeake Bay Area, waar vissen, fietsen, strand-baden, golf-karten en lange wandelingen langs de kust wachten.

Loop door de sierlijke voordeur naar de veranda van 'Isle Have Another.' Met een hangmat en comfortabele stoelen is de beschutte veranda een perfecte plek om uw dag rustig te verlichten met een kop koffie terwijl u lokaal nieuws opneemt.

Een ruime woonkamer wacht, gevuld met natuurlijk licht dat door de vele ramen binnenstroomt. Zink weg in grote banken en bekijk een film op de Smart flatscreen-tv. Voorbij de woonkamer vindt u de eetkamer die klaar is om gezamenlijk te eten, bereid in de volledig uitgeruste keuken met voldoende aanrechtruimte.

Ontspan in de studeerkamer waar een sofa en een hoge tafel met barkrukken een perfecte plek bieden om samen spelletjes te spelen. Dubbele glazen deuren leiden naar buiten naar de afgeschermde achtergalerij waar u kunt genieten van uw favoriete drankje na het eten.

Een groot terras strekt zich uit vanaf de achterkant van het huis met patio zitplaatsen en biedt uitzicht op de rivier de Potomac en het strand. Kook het avondeten op de grill en eet buiten op warme lente- en zomerdagen. De grote omheinde achtertuin is perfect voor gazonspellen.

De lichte slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping heeft schuine plafonds en een eenvoudig modern design uit het midden van de eeuw. Met comfortabele bedden en een eenvoudige, elegante inrichting is elke slaapkamer een warme en uitnodigende plek om te ontspannen na een dag plezier.

'Isle Have Another' is op de ideale locatie voor uw vakantie, op een steenworp afstand van het strand in Colonial Beach! Breng een dag ontspannen in de zon door en maak een wandeling langs het strand.

Na het baden in de zon, pak je een ijshoorntje of een ijskoffie en loop je langs de promenade van een halve mijl, waar je speciale winkels en lokale kunstgelegenheden kunt bezoeken en genieten van de eclectische lokale architectuur langs het strand. Dineren in een van de vele restaurants en luisteren naar livemuziek in een van de tiki-bars aan het water. En om de stad in stijl te verkennen, huur een golfkar om rond te reizen als een inwoner.

Downtown Colonial Beach beschikt ook over een brouwerij, een wijnproeverij en een historisch museum. Trek binnen 15 tot 30 minuten naar andere lokale Northern Neck-brouwerijen. Bezoek het George Washington Birth Place National Monument of de Stratford Hall-plantage op minder dan 30 minuten afstand.

Girls weekend

This house was perfect for our girl's weekend! There was plenty of room and we loved to TWO screened porches! The house was close to the beach, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The only negative is the front door. The screen door was hard to close and latch and the front door literally has to be slammed to get closed. We will be back!

Perfect for Family with Littles!

Wonderful home that we’d absolutely book again! We have 4 kids (7, 5, 3, and 2.5 months), and property was perfect for the space needed, cooking done, and proximity to the water. Having bedrooms on 2 floors was ideal, at least for getting a baby away from the noise of others. Kitchen was the BEST stocked I’ve ever used in any vacation home we’ve booked. I cook all meals given age of kids and bedtimes, and this home was absolutely awesome for kitchen needs! Beach being a block walk was great if we needed to come home for a break, nap, or if we forgot something. The beach wagon for use in shed was super helpful and appreciated. Owner was responsive when needed for a few random questions. Laundry room was a bonus and always helpful with kids! A+++

Nice place in a nice place

Overall very nice, clean, etc. Happy with it. Getting picky, they have everything you need for coffee but no coffee. Chairs seemed kind of cheap, didn't fit the rest of the nice furniture. Beds were Very comfortable.Nice porch and deck.

Wonderful family weekend

We had never stayed in Colonial Beach and wanted a place for all ages, mi Ulithi and access to the beach and restaurants. Isle Have Another was perfect! It had plenty of space and niches for social groups and for alone time. And it was nicely decorated and super clean. We Loved the porches and the tandem bike. Highly recommend and would come again.

Everything was great

Everything was just as listed. The house is very roomy with different seating areas so everyone not on top of each other. It was clean and the pantry had some of the necessities to cooking,ie, salt pepper oil seasonings.

Lovely Place

Looks just like the pictures show! Very clean and welcoming. Love the screened in front and back porches! Can see the water out the kitchen window and from the back porch and deck. We visited the end of August and had the beach to ourselves to admire the beautiful view!

Spacious, close to the beach, quiet, A/C rocks

Well kept home with large dining room and two living areas on the main level so that family members can spread out. The upstairs has two bedrooms (King and Queen) and one shared bathroom. You can easily put a pack and play in the King room or the queen upstairs. The beds upstairs were super comfy (we didn't use the twin room or queen on the main floor but they looked comfy too!) The back deck is big though several of the boards are in need of repair. The screened-in porch areas in both the front and back are wonderful in the AM with a cup of coffee. Nice kitchen with a fridge stocked with condiments. Everything was SUPER clean and we appreciated the newer carpet as our 2 year old and 5 year old are prone to slipping on tile and hardwood. We rented a golf cart for the duration and drove around the whole town which was a huge treat for the kids though it made me nervous (seems like everyone does this here though even with young kids.) On the last day we were growing tired of the sand getting all over the kids and instead bought a small kiddie pool and set it up in the backyard and the kids were in heaven. Overall we could not ask for a better vacation home. Thank You & Go Hokies!!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Isle Have Another is a perfect house. Plenty of room to spread out with 2 living spaces and 4 bedrooms. The house has everything you could need including beach toys, floats, beach wagon and beach towels. The kitchen has everything too. The location is so close to the beach and the restaurants. And the house has so much charm. We can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed everything about the house. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed there for our oldest sons' wedding so did not get to use all the amenities but they looked nice. This was our first time visiting Colonial Beach and we're already talking about coming back and would definitely rent this house again.

Isle Have Another was a wonderful place to stay at Colonial Beach. It was very clean, had all the amenities, comfortable beds, and the house had great views of the bay. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and within driving distance to great parks and historical attractions. We were so sad to leave and we certainly hope we will return. Amazing getaway

Fun at the beach

We loved staying at the cottage. Only one block walk to beach. The two porches and deck were fabulous. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils—very handy. Beds were so comfy and bedding clean and nice. Garage had beach wagon, corn hole and other sundries. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. We would stay here again. Our 4 year old granddaughter said this was the best vacation ever and wants to move to this cottage! I highly recommend staying here!

Very clean, well stocked with many conveniences to make our stay...did not disappoint!!!

Everything about our stay was easy… Access to the home, cleanliness of the house, ease of location to all the sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the ability to use bikes, beach cart, ocean toys… Very impressed by the cleaning and furnishings...down to how the toilet paper rosettes and toiletries is we forgot something. I felt at home but also had the feel of a hotel which I appreciated. I would recommend this home to anyone!
