Located just a block away from the heart of desirable Old Colorado City, with exceptional restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries and artisan shops within a short walk — this accessible, ground-level unit (with a private garage!) has recently been renovated and updated to modern perfection. Light & bright, this unit will be a welcome place to rest and the perfect base from which to explore the city, the local trails & attractions … all the Colorado goodness so close and so … good!

The Space:
Just recently renovated, this efficient little unit shines! The whites are white, the surfaces are clean, the bed invites. It might be relatively small, but it offers everything you need, nothing you don’t, and we all know what can come in small packages.

This unit is part of a larger building with other short-term rentals and guests. Enter at the door clearly marked “B” next to your private garage unit on the east side of the building. You’ll enter into the kitchen — fully functional and ready for your culinary creations. The appliances are stainless steel here, and while a little cozy, there’s just enough space to allow you to cook and eat comfortably. The unit’s single bathroom is just off to the right and features a clean design with stylish tile in the shower.

The unit’s single bedroom is just ahead as you enter and offers a comfortable queen bed, seating and entertainment. This room doubles as the unit’s living room … everything you need in one convenient, efficient space. There’s also a full laundry in one of the bedroom closets. So efficient!

Getting Around:
Although restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, parks and other attractions are located within walking distance to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

Convenient Little Stay
We had a wonderful time staying here. Very convenient to everything in Colorado Springs. Bonus is the garage! Especially if you have a rental car! They have had a lot of hail so keeping the car in the garage was very nice. Had everything you needed! Pots/Pans, toaster, coffee maker, cutting board you name it! The bed is soft, we are not fans of soft beds but overall great place to stay! I don't think there were any pics of the patio but it also has a patio with a little fireplace. Would definitely stay here again if going back to Colorado Springs.

Perfect stay for two!
This place was perfect for my husband and I, super clean, convenient location. Absolutely loved having use of the garage. The appliances are sized for the space and absolutely adorable. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, loved having use of the washer & dryer as well. We would stay here again, absolutely!

It was good. The location is fantastic. The only down side was size as it is a bit small. Otherwise, I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, good location and proximity to Old Downtown Colorado Springs.

I’ll start off by saying this is a highly gentrified area, this house is no exception. It was absolutely modified to make several rentals out of the initial purchase. As we turned on to the street, we were greeted by shoes slung over the overhead lines. Being from the New Orleans area we know what this means, you look it up. The parking lot is very tight for full size SUVs much less being able to fit in the garage. Cameras are everyone outside, gives me the impression that crime is less than ideal in the area especially coupled with the other signs. Check in was a breeze, they really have that portion streamlined. Signs are posted warning about drug use on premises, I’m guessing that’s a common problem if they warned you in big bold signs. I’ll start with the bed, it’s not the bed in the listing photos and was only being supported by an unfastened 2x4, if you weren’t careful it would fall over. The floor was filthy, quickly turning white socks black. Multiple scuffs and scraps on the wall, it was time for a paint job. The absolute worst was the insulation in the place, people simply walking above is sounded like a heard of buffalo. You absolutely don’t want to stay there if you’re goal is rest. We had the place booked for 3 nights but left a night early because of the conditions. I did request a partial refund for the night we didn’t stay there but was denied. In all fairness I didn’t complain the first night we were there, that was the basis of the denial. I tried to stick it out and enjoy our cross country road trip. I waited a couple of months to write this to make sure I thought it was as described and after I cooling off period I still feel the same. In conclusion the place was garbage and the management company complimented that garbage well.

This is a wonderful place to enjoy Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City. Very modern and clean. Very well appointed and comfortable. Perfectly safe and short walk to several places to eat, drink and shop.

Needs sound barrier
My husband and I stayed in June for two nights. The property is conveniently located, within walking distance to the main street of town. Condo appears newly renovated inside, very clean, modern, with many amenities in the kitchen that you would need if you were to cook there, but we did not. The entire condo was nicely decorated, and had access to semi-private yard. The first night we were regretting our choice to stay and were about to leave due to the loud noises from the guests staying in the room above. I completely understand having to hear some noise of other guests, but it was literally hearing not only their TV, but their voices in conversation, every footstep, pushing items across the floor, and their sexual intimacies throughout the night. Thankfully, they left the next morning and the next night was much more peaceful. We just felt like sound barriers should have been installed between floors/walls, during the renovation.
