Afgelegen Mtn-hut op 35 hectare, Pikes Peak View! Bubbelbad en dicht bij attracties!

Elk Spring Cabin is een afgelegen bergvakantie! Je kunt je helemaal geïsoleerd voelen zonder dat er andere huizen in zicht zijn. Het bevindt zich op een heuvel met uitzicht op de onder water gevoede vijver met een geweldig uitzicht op Pike's Peak als achtergrond. Het is omgeven door pijnbomen en ratelpopulier bomen op 35 omheinde en omheinde hectare. Hoewel het afgelegen voelt, is het slechts 1 1/2 mijl van de VS Hwy 24 op een goed onderhouden County Road en slechts 30 minuten naar Colorado Springs of Cripple Creek en erg handig voor alle lokale attracties. U kunt wandelen over het areaal of ontspannen en genieten van het prachtige achterdek en de patio. De uitzichten op Pikes Peak vanuit de woonkamer, beide slaapkamers en het achterdek zijn spectaculair en u kunt af en toe een hert of een eland ervaren die door het terrein slentert. Deze hut deelt hetzelfde eigendom met Mountain Sun Cabin, maar ze zijn niet zichtbaar van elkaar. Beide hutten kunnen samen voor grotere groepen worden gehuurd.

Na een opwindende dag bezienswaardigheden bekijken, wandelen, fietsen, raften of winkelen, kunt u ontspannen in de hot tub, gelegen aan beide slaapkamers, ideaal om te sterrenkijken. Je kunt ook in de warme Colorado-zon op het dek of de patio zitten. Als het sneeuwt, kunt u langlaufski's meenemen of de meegeleverde selectie sneeuwschoenen en sleeën gebruiken om de accommodatie of vele nabijgelegen paden te verkennen. Great Getaway Cabin
Four of us spent 3 nights in this beautiful cabin last week and it was absolutely stunning. The view of Pikes Peak from the back of the house was just amazing. The cabin was everything it was said to be and more. Sitting in the hot tub and looking up at the stars was a favorite among the four of us. The Owner, Kyle, was was very responsive and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Exceptional Property
My wife and I stayed at this lovely cabin over a month and enjoyed every minute. We thought a few of our children might join us and would enjoy the hot tub. That did not happen but the cabin was exceptional for just the two of us. It is in a very quiet part of the forest and the scenery was lovely. Kyle was very responsive to any need we might have.

Second stay and loved it even more.
If you are unsure about whether you should stay here or not….DO IT!! It’s beautiful and while remote, a close enough drive that makes it easy to get where you are going. There is nothing like sitting in a hot tub in the middle of the night and seeing more stars than ever imaginable. We love it so much we are already booked for our next stay. The hosts are amazing people and care about your stay without being there unless you need something. Thank you again!!!

Peaceful Serenity
This property makes you want to talk quietly, walk softly, move more slowly. It is immaculately clean. I cannot stress that point enough. Extremely well equipped with all you need plus things you didn’t know you needed! It is so well built I couldn’t hear my housemates snoring in the next room. lol After your day activities, relaxing on the deck/patio the only unnatural sound you hear is the low hum of the hot tub you are getting into within the hour. We had breakfast visitors on the patio (deer) and daily entertainment from the hummingbirds. If peace & quiet is your idea of vacation do not pass this one up. Within 2 hrs of arrival we wished we had booked for longer. Oh! Did I mention the view? Stunning! Our Easy short drives: Mueller Park, 11 mile Canyon, Cripple Creek/Victor Do not miss Rita the Rock Planter 😊

The best!
The cabin is the best location away from it all but yet not too far from the closest town with stores and food. Also only 30 min from Colorado Springs. The cabins property is beautiful and awesome that you can hike around it. My 2 year old son had the best time there. He just wanted to be outside the whole time, as did we. ☺️ the cabin is also a great size and layout for our little family. Thank you.

Perfect weekend getaway
This place really is as nice as the reviews say. My husband and I were there as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. We loved how secluded the cabin is. It had everything we needed. There were a couple of minor issues that we contacted the property manager about. He was quick to respond and gave us the help we needed, which made us very happy. Oh, and the hot tub was so nice and relaxing. We loved our stay!

Anniversary Mountain Getaway
We spent 4 nights at elk spring cabin, and it was the most beautiful experience we’ve ever had. We also made day a day trip to the nearby Colorado Springs and the not so nearby Denver, neither of which are too long a drive. The hot tub + mountain view combo was more than enough to make this cabin spectacular. 10/10 recommend for anyone who wants to get away.

It seems most people come out to this cabin to celebrate something or just have a fun getaway. I came to this cabin alone to try to heal some of my soul in a solo retreat to the mountains. While my stay was an emotional roller coaster, it was the perfect place to do it. The seclusion quiets the mind, the vastness of the landscape helps you feel small, and the night time hotub was incredibly relaxing self care. That cabin has a piece of me and I plan on returning. ❤️ Thank you.

Amazing woodland cabin experience
I can't say enough as to how amazing this property is. It's located 10 minutes outside of Woodland Park, but it feels like it's completely secluded. Even with the snowfall it was very easy to access the property via gravel road and short dirt drive to the cabin. We saw several wildlife right out the living room window including a variety of birds, a fox, rabbits, and eventually a white-tail deer that snacked under the bird feeder while my family watched on. The hot tub was a huge hit with our family visiting about twice a day. Quite the experience sitting in the warm, bubbly water while the landscape around you is blanketed in snow. The cabin itself was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner, including various condiments and spices. The large TV kept us entertained during the downtime with satellite TV and our Roku stick that had no issues streaming throughout the entire stay. Wi-Fi was very reliable and fairly quick. One of the best stays we have ever experienced. Thank you, Kyle!

Wonderful cabin
This was our first time seeing Colorado. We had such a wonderful time. I wish we would have stayed longer. The cabin was perfect. It had absolutely everything that we needed. It was also nice to have all the spices. The bed was so comfortable. This was the absolute best house that we have ever stayed in as far as vrbo. The living room furniture reclined, so it was extra comfy. We would definitely stay here again. It was fun to watch the blue jays play around the feeder. The hot tub was also very nice. The windows in the living room area showed the gorgeous views. The cabin seemed perfect to us. We had one issue with the TV, and they came right out to fix the connection. We will definitely be back again!!

True seclusion with a view!
This cabin offers true seclusion and privacy with a beautiful view of Pikes Peak! Clean, well stocked and even though you feel like you are far away, you are still close to so many attractions and dining. We visit CO every fall and this is our favorite cabin rental yet! Start and finish every day in the hot tub under the stars. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return!

Beautiful location with a view
The cabin is beautifully situated in the woods with a view. The cabin is lovely and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the deck, although the furniture could be a bit more comfortable on the deck. It was o.k. and the view and cool air made up for it. The only drink provided by the host was folgers coffee, and it was not very good. There is a coffee pot so we were able to buy our own coffee, but I would have preferred better coffee or a Keurig. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to have meals at home. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The T.V. did not work for us but we didn't alert the host as it wasn't that big of a deal to us. The water went out and the host did fix it right away which we appreciated. The communication was very good. The only reason I gave the place four stars was that the bed was uncomfortable and that is a big deal for me. The setting is lovely as is the cabin and we did enjoy our stay very much.

Great stay!
The cabin was as described and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. We spent the evenings outside, the temperature was perfect and no bugs. The cabin is close to everything yet out of the way. Pikes Peak, other sites and several towns are close enough to visit and walk around. We'd definitely come back.
