Blue Sparrow's Nest cabin is surrounded by whispering mountains, enchanting winds and grand views of the mountain peaks. It's home to gorgeous colorful birds that you will see during your stay. It's a fully renovated 2 - bedroom home with modern Luxe Interiors and 2 smart 85 inch SONY televisions. It comes with huge deck, large outdoor table set for 6. The sights and sounds surrounding this destination are experienced by few. With large deck and sound of nature can be enjoyed night and day.

Enjoy bird watching from the deck area with gorgeous, mesmerizing and mountain views and whispering winds.
In Green Mountain Falls The Pantry is famous breakfast place as well Blue Moose has good options for beer, pizza and wings. There are plenty of hikes nearby, playground by the lake and hiking to the water falls.

We will provide keyless access and you will receive the code on the day of your arrival.

We don’t have pavement, we have stone & mud, so we ask that shoes are removed.
Please do not bring any food in the bedrooms.
Absolutely No Smoking is allowed at this home.
Please respect quiet hours and be respectful to neighbors. Due to Fire hazards we do not have any indoor or outdoor fire pits.
This is a BEAR Country. Please do not leave any food, trash or trash bags anywhere outside or in car. There is a bear proof trash can located on level 1 incase if you need to put any trash.
No Dogs, No Cats and No Other animals are allowed in this house.
This rental is located on the main level (LEVEL 1). Please note we have 2 other rental units located at mid level with their own separate entrances.

COOKING: You have options to use gas powered 4 burner stove as well 12" Round Nonstick Electric Skillet with Glass Cover. Plus Coffee Maker, Ninja Professional Plus Blender DUO with Auto-iQ, pots, pans, utensils, tea kettle. We also provide coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and small bottle of oil.
Parking: House entry is from the front. Free Parking for all Guests. Up to 3 cars can be parked. Please park properly so it's not inconvenient to other guests.
Guests Must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We have two 85 Inch smart SONY Televisions in this house to watch movies, games and more
TV 1 is located in the living room.
TV 2 is located in the Master Bedroom (The Fire Place in Master Bedroom is for decorative purpose only - Please do not use this Fire Place - Apology and Thank You).


AT TIME OF CHECK OUT:

Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite. Keep all wet towels shower area. Clean all utensils and leave them in sink or on counter.
Make sure all Gas knobs are turned off.
