Our 4-bed, 2-bath home is fully equipped with amenities like a firepit, putting green, grill, ping pong, and foosball tables. Our place is centrally located -- less than a mile from the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center. It is also near the UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central and Patty Jewett Golf Course, which is less than a 10-minute drive away. This charming Mid-Century home offers the perfect getaway for families or groups.

One of the highlights of this mid-century property, built in 1949, is the fully fenced yard, providing a secure area for kids and pets to play freely. The outdoor space includes a fire pit, grill, and a dining area perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. Backyard now includes a new putting green! Enjoy roasting marshmallows and sharing stories in this authentically mid-century setting, where history and nostalgia meet modern convenience.

The main living area boasts comfortable seating and a smart TV, perfect for gathering and relaxing after a day of exploring. The second living space provides additional room for entertainment and relaxation, complete with a smart TV, ping pong table, and foosball table.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).
