The Space:
Bonny Estate brings together two thoughtfully designed units into one seamless stay—perfect for families, friends, or any group looking to enjoy Colorado Springs with room to spread out, relax, and enjoy both private and shared outdoor spaces. With five total bedrooms, two full kitchens, and flexible gathering areas, this property is built for connection and comfort.

🛋️ Living Rooms
Each unit offers its own cozy, light-filled living room designed for connection and comfort. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, streaming a favorite show, or winding down with a glass of wine after a day of exploring, these welcoming spaces give everyone a place to gather, relax, and feel at home.
Please note: there is no interior access between the two units. The basement suite, Bonny Beaut, is accessed separately through the red door outside.

You’ll have access to two full laundry setups—one in each unit—equipped with washers, dryers, and everything you need to refresh clothes during your visit.

Step out into a peaceful shared courtyard featuring a hot tub—a great way to unwind beneath the stars or start your day with a soak. While the hot tub is shared with one other unit on the property, your group will enjoy a private outdoor seating area with space to gather, dine, or relax in the fresh Colorado air.

There is a narrow driveway to the left of the house that the basement unit guests are welcome to use. This driveway fits two vehicles front to back. Additional street parking is available out front on the property.

Guest Access:
🔑 You'll have full access to both units, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, and your private outdoor seating area. The hot tub is shared with one other unit on the property, but everything else is yours to enjoy. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. ♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains, which can be extremely cold in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
