GEWELDIG BOERDERIJWONING MET EEN HOT TUB

Dit is een schattig Victoriaans twee verdiepingen tellend hotel in het hart van het centrum van Colorado Springs. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers en een complete badkamer op de bovenverdieping. De badkamer heeft een clawfoot bad met een douche binnen. De gehele woning is voorzien van hardhouten vloeren met uitzondering van badkamers die keramische tegels hebben. Op de begane grond is er een afgesloten voorzijde sunporch om te ontspannen. Er is een grote woonkamer met een nieuwe bank en stoelen en een eclectisch assortiment van vintage stukken. De in de huiskamerfoto's getoonde open haard functioneert niet en is afgesloten. De eetkamer heeft een grote tafel en 6 stoelen. De leuke keuken is voorzien van nieuwe knoestige els kasten, kwarts werkbladen en nieuwe roestvrij stalen apparaten. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig zou hebben om een ​​grote maaltijd te bereiden. De eerste verdieping heeft ook een mudroom / wasruimte met een mooie wasmachine en droger voor uw gebruik. De eerste verdieping heeft een complete badkamer met een andere klauw voet bad douche combo. Het huis heeft een geweldige werkende wifi, satelliettelevisie satelliet-tv, grote tv's in de woonkamer en een grote slaapkamer, gloednieuwe oven en airconditioning. Het is zeldzaam om airconditioning te vinden in de oudere woningen van Colorado Springs, maar in de hete zomermaanden zul je echt blij zijn om het te hebben. Het huis heeft een kleine, omheinde achtertuin. De achtertuin heeft twee mooie patio's en een gas grill. Er is ook een gezellige, 6 persoons jacuzzi in de achtertuin voor uw gebruik. Er is een eigen parkeerplaats voor twee auto's langs de kant van het huis. Dit is een groot huis om in te hangen en te ontspannen. Echter, de beste eigenschap van dit huis is de nabijheid van het centrum. Het is twee blokken van het huis naar het centrum van de stad. U kunt lopen naar de nabijgelegen restaurants, bars en andere stadslocaties. Het is echt het centrum van leven op z'n best. Ik heb vier fietsen voor je beschikbaar, maar je moet het me van tevoren laten weten, zodat ik ze naar het huis kan brengen. Er is een fietspad dat 1/2 begint een blok verderop en blijft de hele weg tot aan de Air Force Academy.

Family Vacation

Stayed here with two teenagers for a week to explore the area. Super clean and well stocked. Had a small problem with a couple of wasp nests but the owner was quick to take care of it. We would definitely stay here again!!

Charming House

This house is very quaint and well appointed. It has all of the amenities that are needed for a vacation rental with regards to the kitchen (utensils, cookware, plates, etc.). The rooms are good size and the living areas are nicely decorated. Parking is good next to the house. Very well located with a short walk to Tejon Street with lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We enjoyed our stay immensely and the Owner is extremely easy to communicate with (if needed) and responsive.

wonderful stay

The house was perfect for our family. I wouldn't recommend for families with very small children. The wooden floors and doors were very loud at night. Some of the door handles were very loose. If you appreciate older houses, this one is super cute. We loved being walkable to downtown and appreciated the hot tub!

CO Springs vacation

Very cute house nestled on a quiet street! Kids loved the hot tub! Plenty of space in the 3 bedroom home for our family of 5. Kitchen could use some additional supplies such as cookie sheets, Tupperware for leftover food, kitchen scissors; no dishwasher but the disposal was nice to have. Unfortunately we didn’t feel safe letting the kids (teens and preteens) walk to the nearby park to play. (The house backs up to a homeless food pantry.) Otherwise, it was a perfect house and one of the best family vacations we’ve had in years!!

Great place for a long weekend vacation

Stayed in Colorado Springs while acclimating. It was an excellent place to spend a long weekend. Close to downtown parks, events, shops, and restaurants. Really convenient for walking. Tons of room inside for everyone to spread out, get their own room. Glad there was a bathtub for the kids. Great Private Drive area for playing around in.

Quaint, cozy cottage in Central Colorado Springs

We enjoyed this cute early 1900’s house. Beds were comfy, all the cooking utensils we needed to cook meals, and great internet connection. The host was very responsive to our needs and quickly fixed an issue we had with the back door (entrance to house). I would stay there again.

Lovely home in great downtown location and responsive owner

Overall, this was a great experience! We loved the location of this home, and it was incredibly charming. There were enough kitchen basics to get by. Loved the hot tub and the ability to get anywhere quickly from the interstate. It was also super close to downtown, although we ran out of time to really take advantage of that. A couple of things to take note of: the first night the temperatures were in the 80s and the upstairs of the home was not cooling down. Ana was quick to respond with our concerns about that, and we were able to open the windows and stay comfortable. Something I found odd was that there were no screens in the upstairs windows, and my kids were freaked out about seeing a couple of dead bees on the window sills. We did not have any bugs come into the house though, so that was a relief. The upstairs toilet could have been slightly cleaner, but overall the house was plenty clean. Even with my very small complaints, I would definitely stay here again.

Colorado Spring Break

We took a quick trip to CO Springs for our Spring Break in MIssouri and could not have picked a better spot. The house was amazing, perfect size & absolutely adorable. Walking distance to downtown and easy access to highway. Anna was great to work with and it was an incredibly easy process overall.

Perfect!

Perfect spot near everything and a walk to places to shop and eat and a perfect view of Pike's Peak. Very clean and very roomy for our family. We could do our own thing and each could go shopping or sightseeing on their own time. We had a great trip and it was so nice to be able to stay in a great home that was super clean especially after a 15 1/2 hour drive! It was nice having 2 bathrooms for our group too! Felt like home away from home.
