Hut in de dennen, kunstig gerenoveerd - Prachtig uitzicht - Quaint Green Mtn Falls

Cabine heeft een gastronomische keuken (speksteen werkbladen / boerderij gootsteen, inductie kookplaat), brede planken eiken vloeren, en kunst / houtwerk / metalen sculptuur / glas in lood van lokale ambachtslieden. Renovaties voltooid in 2016, met alle nieuwe apparaten (inclusief wasmachine / droger combo-eenheid), en nieuw meubilair. Gashaard en antieke verlichting. Gratis WiFi, kabel-tv met veel kanalen, DVR en Netflix. Slaapt vier: kingsize bed en hemellicht voor sterrenkijken in meester, twee twin xl die kan worden omgezet in koning in 2e BR. Geniet van het fantastische uitzicht en de tuin vanaf het schaduwrijke terras met pijnbomen of het intieme overdekte terras achterin.

Een lokale ambachtsman, Dale White, heeft een verbazingwekkende transformatie uitgevoerd met behulp van keverdode den (blauwe vlek) op de plafonds en ingebouwde ins. Het huis is slechts 750 vierkante voet, maar het voelt veel groter met de gewelfde plafonds, open plattegrond en verschillende ingebouwde. De kasten zijn kwart gezaagd eikenhout en de keukentafel is van een oude ketel. De badkamer ijdelheid is gemaakt van oude gristlecone grenen, met een speksteen wastafel / aanrecht. Ik heb het gevoel dat de cabine zelf kunst is, en ik hou ervan erin te zijn. Ik hoop het ook.

Cabine is blokken van wandelpaden, zwembad, Green Mtn Falls meer en restaurants. Green Mountain Falls is een schilderachtig en rustig stadje. Deze hut is een serene thuisbasis voor het verkennen van de Air Force Academy, The Broadmoor, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs en nog veel meer van de nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden. De Pikes Peak-regio is een prachtige plek om te vissen, fietsen en wandelen. Het is een dromerige plek. Kom en blijf!

This cabin was perfect! The owner has thoughtfully provided everything that might be needed to make your stay comfortable. It was incredibly clean, had comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a gorgeous view and lots of personal touches. I truly couldn’t have asked for more from my stay here! Lisa’s communication was prompt, thorough, and kind. Stop looking - this IS the most fantastic cabin. I promise you will not be sorry you book a stay here. The Host is fantastic - even gave us a bottle of wine and fresh baked pie. The cabin is VERY well appointed - every details has been considered, well stocked kitchen, bathroom and super comfy beds. Excellent WiFi and location is perfect if you are visiting the sites or just want low key time away. Only complaint - we didn't get to stay longer. You will not be disappointed with this property. Don't look any further.

We loved our stay at Cabin in the Woods. It was beautiful and clean, had everything we needed in terms of amenities, and it's location was the perfect place for our adventures to various locations around Green Mountain Falls. The property provided various areas so our family could spread out when needed while providing a great space for us to spend together. The property manager was AMAZING and ensured our stay was enjoyable. We also took advantage of nearby hikes and the community pool all in walking distance.

We had such a lovely stay for our family summer vacation! The host communicated everything we needed to know before and during our stay, and was delightful to work with. From the moment we arrived to see the cozy cabin and find a delicious apple pie waiting for us in the kitchen, to the beautiful views of the mountains out the front windows, to the warm and comfortable rooms, we were in heaven! Our 4 year old son enjoyed playing with the legos and train set and running around in the back yard. It’s a great location, not far from many attractions and activities in surrounding cities, and the town of Green Mountain Falls was really sweet. We enjoyed walks around the lake and gazebo, and a nearby playground for our son, as well as several excellent restaurants all within walking distance. We would absolutely come stay again and recommend to all our family and friends! Thanks for sharing such a wonderful place!

Best Host for a Family Vacation!

Our Colorado vacation kicked off with an absolutely amazing stay! Lisa is an incredible host, and her property was truly exceptional. From the moment we booked, Lisa provided outstanding communication, and to our delight, she even left us the best apple pie I've ever tasted. The crust was perfectly flaky, and the sweet, delicious filling made our trip even more special.Beyond the delicious treats, Lisa's place is fully stocked, allowing us to easily grill up steaks for an amazing meal. The property is also spotlessly clean, and the view from the front porch provided the most relaxing and peaceful setting for our morning coffee. The location was ideal, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown while still being conveniently close to all the attractions Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs have to offer.Thank you Lisa for an amazing stay. Wonderful Stay in GMF

Lisa’s property was a dream come true! She has made a home away from home. Cabin in the Pines is complete with most everything a traveler could need (including a freshly baked homemade pie upon arrival). The location has an incredible view and is in walking distance to hiking trails, dining, and shopping. Our family of four had an incredible summer stay and are hoping to book something again soon!

Everything about this property and my stay was perfect. From the welcome pie (homemade apple!) to the house manual which is comprehensive and extremely helpful; from the view to the linens, my experience was top notch! I’ve been coming to GMF all my life, so on this trip I wanted to unplug, relax, and renew my soul. That’s exactly what I did! Without exception, this is the best equipped VRBO property I’ve ever stayed in. Lisa has thought of everything! If you sit on the deck and are very quiet, you can hear the one trees sing. It’s amazing.

One of my favorite vacation rentals ever!

What a wonderful place! If I could give Lisa 10 stars I would! As someone who owns a short term rental, I really appreciate the extra steps Lisa put in to make our stay wonderful! We reached out to her very last minute due to needing to find a new place to stay after our previous rental was awful and not as pictured. Lisa quickly responded and was able to accommodate our last minute request for my family and I! Upon arriving she had a delicious apple pie waiting for us! Ultimate Style, Comfort, & Hospitality

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip - Cabin in the Pines was an absolute dream. First, the cabin has been lovingly designed to strike the perfect balance between comfort and style. The furniture was very comfortable, and we loved the charm that the decor added to each room. But the true ‘wow’ factor that makes this cabin stand out is the owner’s superb hospitality. From the homemade apple pie and wine that greeted us, to the kitchen and restroom well stocked with every amenity, Lisa makes sure that you will have an enjoyable stay. Her communication is excellent and she even provides you with recommendations on dining and activities in the area. We had a spectacular experience and would visit again tomorrow if we could. I highly recommend Cabin in the Pines for your stay in the Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak area.
