Verleidelijke Southwest Colorado Springs huis gelegen in Cheyenne Canon. Slechts 4 blokken van The Broadmoor Hotel en 1 blok van Stratton Open Space trail head, die vele mijlen aan wandel- en mountainbikeroutes biedt. Of daag jezelf uit op je racefiets met een ritje langs North Cheyenne Canon Road naar Helen Hunt Falls!
Het huis heeft hardhouten vloeren en een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle benodigdheden zoals bestek, borden, borden, glazen, potten en pannen, fornuis, koelkast, vaatwasser, magnetron en koffiezetapparaat. Er is een gasbarbecue buiten de achterdeur.
Slaapkamer # 1 heeft een queensize bed en slaapkamer # 2 & # 3 hebben volledige bedden. De woonkamer heeft een comfortabele banken, een flatscreen HD-tv, kabel-tv en internet met gratis WiFi in het hele huis.
Er is een fantastische overdekte veranda aan de voorkant van het huis! Geweldig om 's avonds in de ochtendzon te genieten van een kopje koffie of een glas wijn.
Er is een garage met 2 auto's aan de achterkant van het huis, met de eerste beschikbare ruimte voor u. Wasruimte met wasmachine en droger bevindt zich net naast de keuken. De badkamer heeft een bad / douche, wastafel enz. Huisdieren zijn welkom, huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan op het meubilair of de bedden! Deze plaats is 4-20 vriendelijk. Roken is alleen buiten toegestaan, absoluut niet roken van wat dan ook in huis!

Great location!

This was a fabulous home base for The Broadmoor activities, COG Railroad to Pikes Peak, GOG and Glen Eyrie. Right up the street is a fabulous cafe, Sacred Grounds. The front porch is a great place to relax after a busy day and the mornings are magical with the deer. Highly recommend.

Great Colorado Stay

The house was clean and beautifully decorated, and I greatly appreciate the kitchen and bathroom items available, since not all rental homes include those. We did have a small leak when it rained hard and the owner was over immediately and a plumber came to fix it within hours. My only complaint is the master bedroom bed was very squeaky for “mommy and daddy time”, especially with one of the kiddo room right next door. Otherwise, staying in this house made us feel at home for the week we were there. Thank you!!!

Charming house in great area

The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable for 3 friends. It's location is so convenient to so many attractions and beautiful parks. And we saw deer in the backyard and nearby. We would stay agai .

While the owner is nice & responsive, the home needs updating. It is small, basic amenities, several windows do not have screens, air conditioner is window unit, bedrooms very small, could use new mattress in master bedroom, has old furniture......the location is great to Cheyenne Canyon and mountain activities. Home has garage and nice front porch & fenced in yard. Overall a good experience.

Perfect spot

We loved this place. It was perfect for myself, husband and two teens so they had their own room. Super clean, kitchen stocked with everything, and super close coffee shop and hiking. The owner very responsive and friendly with local recommendations. Easy drive to all locations to visit including Denver.

Perfect home for a week long stay with our dog!

House is perfectly located near Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and The Broadmoor. Huge hiking area just steps up the street with a cute cafe nearby. House was well appointed and Steve was so easy to work with. Highlight of the trip was the mama deer and her babies that were in the front yard every morning and evening. Highly recommend!

Excellent rental experience

House was very clean, and was well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Great quiet location for a family with 2 adult kids since there were 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. Steve was very responsive throughout the process. Would definitely stay there again.

Just what we needed

My girlfriends and I came out to the Springs for some hiking and a 5k. This cozy house was perfect- close to trails, not far from downtown or Ivywild for some post hike drinks. There was a coffee shop and breakfast place just right down the road. The porch was perfect for chatting and enjoying natures sounds. It’s elevated far enough off the road so as not to be disturbed by cars driving by. Steve was very kind and communicative. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great visit to COS

Steve is a great host, very communicative and quick to respond. The home was nicely located near Cheyenne Mtn and we enjoyed the proximity to Helen Hunt Falls. There is a window AC unit in the dining room and they provided several fans to help circulate the air. We enjoyed seeing a deer in the front lawn on our last day!

Great location and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Everything we did was within a 10-15 min short drive. Home is very clean and well stocked. We cooked most meals at home and had no issue. Great place!

This property is in an excellent location and was perfect for our family of 4 plus pup! Property manager has excellent communication and is very friendly/helpful. We enjoyed zip lining in Manitou Springs, visits to Helen Hunt falls and hikes at Stratton open space. We drank coffee/tea in the morning on the porch and enjoyed watching the deer up close. Hope to stay here again when we visit the area!

Wonderful stay

We had a fabulous stay at this home. It was clean and the owner has great communication and was very accommodating. The location is so close to many tourists attractions. The property was clean. The rooms are small but sufficient for what my sister and I needed for our stay in Colorado. We did not have any issues with check in or check out. Having access to a garage to park our vehichle was a bonus. The location is close to the Garden of the Gods and the Broadmoor.

Enjoyed our time in this cozy home. Steve, the host, was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. House was clean and had all the amenities needed for a week's stay. The central location of Cheyenne Canyon is a plus!

Perfect for our needs

When asked by our three year old granddaughter where we were staying for the week we told her a Vrbo. She asked who owned the house, I told her “Steve”. From then on out the house was “Steve’s”. We stayed at “Steve’s” with our three year old granddaughter and celebrated the birth of her brother. Steve’s house was perfect with the two adjoining rooms so our granddaughter felt comfortable and safe. The Front porch was perfect for watching the wildlife and the giant cats next door. The house was very clean and well appointed for all of our needs. We also loved the neighborhood. Steve was responsive and a great communicator with regard to check in and check out. We would absolutely recommend this property

Summer retreat

We stayed at Steve’s property for a month and had a wonderful time. The house is in a great wooded location, surrounded by trees with ample opportunity to see and enjoy wildlife from the front porch. We had a couple of deer visit us on a regular basis, often sitting by the driveway gate like animated statues! The house next door had construction going on but fortunately they didn’t start work too early. Despite the occasional noise, we still enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. The property itself was just as described and Steve was quick to respond to any questions or issues. As a bonus, we got to use a brand new oven and refrigerator that Steve arranged to install during our visit. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cups, and dishware. We also made great use of the rice cooker, which was an unexpected convenience. The house also had plenty of paper supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. Water pressure in the shower was strong, which is always a plus. The interior of the house is very charming with plenty of seating options, windows, and natural sunlight. The AC in the dining room worked well, and there are plenty of fans throughout the house to help keep things cool in the summer. Steve was also kind enough to setup one of the bedrooms as an office so that we could work remotely. The Internet connection was fast and reliable, and we enjoyed our zoom meetings while watching squirrels run around the yard! The property comes with garage parking but we kept our vehicle in the driveway outside. Would definitely recommend Steve’s house to anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing Colorado Springs stay.

Great vacation home
