Perfect gelegen ten opzichte van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden in Colorado Springs, dicht bij Hwy I - 25 en Academy Boulevard. Uw vakantiehuis ligt op slechts 10 minuten van de zuidelijke poort van de Air Force Academy, op 10 minuten van UCCS University. Slechts enkele minuten verwijderd van bioscopen, winkels, uitgaansgelegenheden en vele goede restaurants. Dit huis is perfect voor het bijwonen van Air Force Academy-evenementen of het verkennen van andere attracties in de omgeving, zoals Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel en nog veel meer attracties.

We weten dat je het niet leuk vindt om familie achter te laten, dus huisdieren onder de 50 pond zijn welkom. Niet roken. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust met alle nieuwe Keurig-koffiezetapparaat, keukengerei, potten, pannen, porselein, bakplaten, grote magnetron, gloednieuwe fornuis, koelkast, oven, gezellige ontbijthoek met vier barkrukken. De familiekamer heeft een gezellige open haard en twee 55 in flatscreen-tv met een Xfinity, Wii met games, bordspellen.

We hebben ook een opvouwbare wieg beschikbaar indien nodig.

This place is everything we expected! Very comfortable for my family of 5 and our pups. The large kitchen area is great! We loved hanging out in the den watching movies. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. House was stocked with snacks and coffee and some drinks in the fridge. Plenty of spices and condiments as well. The beds are super comfy too! We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We will book again if we are ever in the area.

The home was so inviting, the kitchen had everything needed to cook like I was at home. The bedrooms very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Living room and game room kept us entertained. We didn't get to use the hot tub but Chad had it ready just in case we needed to, and it was a beautiful tub. Overall I absolutely would stay again.

We highly recommend this property in Colorado Springs! We enjoyed the exceptionally clean home and felt right at home! The owner Chad left snacks and milk and coffee which was very much appreciated! He replied with a text anytime we had a question. There was enough space to give everyone some room to relax and yet be just around the corner. The beds and sheets and pillows were all so comfortable. The hot tub and pool table were definitely family favorites! Easy check and a fabulous stay!

Wonderful! Chad was a great host! He was friendly, communicative, and responsive. The house was very comfortable for my mom and I and my seven year old twins, as well as our dogs. The house was clean with super comfy beds and pillows. The yard was great and the game room was a huge hit with the kids. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. House was very well stocked and we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the fact that we were offered early check in. When we walked in the house was very clean, we even had snacks, brand new orange juice, and milk that were also offered to us as well. We really enjoyed the pool table, the tv due to the sound system making it feel like we were in a movie theater at home. We mostly cooked at home too so we really enjoyed the kitchen a lot. The only thing I would say that really concerns me still is the fact that the side gate to the backyard was left open and we also had our puppy with us who luckily is very clinging and does what he has to do and just waits by the door once he done but if not he could’ve gotten out. Other than that we really did enjoy the house with our dog and we’re happy we booked here !

I've stayed here several times and it's always fantastic. The square footage and quality of the space is fantastic for the price. We hosted our corporate retreat here and everyone loved outdoor space, hot tub and game room. The beds were comfy, and we especially appreciate the low check out requirements. It's what vacation rentals were like back in the day. We will be back!
