I’m going to start by saying I chose this hotel because I had stayed here before wih no issues. However, this time wasn’t as smooth. At first when I got there I was supposed to have a Mountain View which I reserved and paid for. That wasn’t the case, then I realized the AC unit in the room was not working, it wouldn’t even turn on. I contacted the hotel customer service lobby and was told the repairman would not be able to come at night I would have to wait until the next day. I asked to please find a solution as I couldn’t sleep in a hot room with my teen. They couldn’t accommodate my Mountain View request but luckily I was able to be transferred to another room with working AC at 12:30 am. At that point I didn’t even care to complain about the Mountain View as it was now two problems instead of one and I had flown 5 hours traveling all day to get there. Kind of disappointed,
