The people at check in were great and made the check-in easy and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Also as I travel with three dogs, they made them feel welcome too. No problem and they gave me a ground floor room to make having the pups easier to take out for walks.

I don’t know if it was expedia fault or the voter faul but I made a reservation for two nights and went arrive at the place there was no reservation and no room , and they charge my card but for the refund they say 15 days , not a a good service

Hands down, the sketchiest place I’ve ever stayed. Within an hour, there was a guy right in front of our room smoking meth. Homeless people littered the parking lot. I have my kids with me, I’m not taking any chances and we left. Tried to reach out to Expedia, in chat, for a refund, I’m still waiting to hear back

Well the room was not that clean. there was jelly on table. hair all over bathroom floor n what appeared to be pee in bottom of shower. was very tired so I just cleaned it all myself. I had a uhaul parked in parking lot. which the lock was cut off and the truck was gone thru. it's posted they not responsible so figured no point in telling them.

Stinky rooms
The non smoking room we booked has clearly been smoked in. The front desk stated "it happens" and asked if we wanted some spray. I was teaveling with a 6 week old baby. The hotel was booked so we couldnt switch rooms. With the holiday we coulsnt book somewhere else. We ended out trip a day early so we didnt have to slewp in they stinky room more than one night! It was also dirty and had a cigarette burn spot in the comforter.

The kid who checked us in had no personality and was unkind. The room itself smelled like old cigarettes. There were burn marks in the blanket and comforter in the same spot so it was obvious the bedding had not been changed. When I separated the two blankets there was hair in between them which was absolutely disgusting. This motel boasts itself as pet friendly but the facility was so disgusting and there was dog feces everywhere. We ended up leaving this hotel and paying more to stay elsewhere and it was well worth it. Upon us making the decision to leave I went to the front desk to speak with the kid who was the same person who checked us in. He looked up and saw me standing at the locked door and went back to his work. Didn't even acknowledge me and so I called motel 6. Their staff was no more helpful. Finally got through to Expedia and had the cancellation confirmed. All in all a horrible experience I would never in my lifetime stay there again. Not to mention there were bums and tweakers all over the parking lot and general area.

The room was a mess and smelled like a dead skunk. Their was hair all over the bed. The parking lot had two homeless men wondering around. I did not feel like my car was safe. I immediately left and did not stay in the room. The absolute worst hotel experience i have ever had.
