This Residence Inn in CO Springs is very clean and has a cool room layout! Nick, at the front desk, made check-in super easy and upgraded us!

Quick check in, didn't use amenities as it was a quick turn around. Staff with friendly and efficient, room was in great condition and clean. Liked the stove top/available dishes and pot/pan available.

I'm a worldwide traveler and a property owner. I was charged $210 (maybe more charges to come because they keep adding) for damage we didn't do. Called to complain about the charges and no resolve. Advice: Alert staff if there is a problem with your room. I didn't so now I' m charged. For the staff that lied on us, when negativity comes upon you remember me.

Best hotel yet
We've been to a few hotel's that say they are a 4 star hotel, but they're only talking about the lobby and not the rooms. This hotel is truly a 4 star from the lobby to the room. The only thing we would say, please change the pillows. Fantastic hotel.

Winter stay
The hotel is fairly new, well located, and has a pretty good (included) breakfast for a hotel; I did not know that daily cleaning of the room was not done, only a “refreshment” (basically took out the trash and changed towels) but no cleaning at all, vacuuming or even making the bed was done, so had to request it;… and apparently a full cleaning is only done after having been there for seven days, which I did not like (… all of this with the old excuse of changes after covid..?) the only other downside is that the only kind of room is with a king bed and a sleeper sofa (would have liked to have the option of two double beds) having the kitchen area was convenient, although, the layout does not allow you to fully open the dishwasher. Overall I would likely stay there again

Enjoyed my stay
I loved the hotel and all the amenities. I just wish the bed was a little less firm. I would recommend the hotel and would go back again. I just hope i got an old bed.

Disappointing
Had to request housekeeping. When I did and returned to my room they had thrown out all our water bottles filled with water. If they’re not in the garbage don’t touch them. As a Bonvoy member I requested free water and they had run out. Instead of comping me for 4 bottles they charged me. Very disappointing as a Marriot member.

The staff was very friendly, there was parking on property and the rooms were great. They also keep the carta right by the door to make it easy to bring in belongings.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.
Our room was beyond clean. I spent more time then I probably should have trying to find anything they missed. There just wasn’t anything to find. It was immaculate! Every service literally shined ! Room was comfortable. Pool was clean and towels laid out decoratively. Very impressed!
